I could go on and on about all the things we loved about this place. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by one of the friendly staff at reception, then you see the big shark tank! The kids really loved that. We set down and ate first, and the waitress was super quick and super attentive. Our food came and quick and was delicious! Then we went to the arcade, and it truly is different from most arcades as the games don't feel like a scam. The claw machines actually have some tension to pick up the balls and stuffed animals. The staff on the floor are quick to deal with any issues. We had a machine take money off the card but didn't start the game, and the sweet lady was quick to get someone over and deal with it and gave my son the prize he was after. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because it truly deserves it. The team runs like a well-oiled machine, and it truly is a gem!

Love coming here. We’ve been to the uptown one but was closer to this one so we decided to try it out. The games were fun. Won lots of cool things. The shark tank is the kids favorite. I had gotten the tsunami burger and it was amazing!. I kids had gotten a cheese burger and grilled cheese and they were amazing too. The fries this time was not the greatest. You can tell they were sitting out for a while but still good. We’ll be back for sure!

Cool place I've been several times in the past and it was awesome. Last night was not one of those nights... Wait staff and food was sub par. It's almost like everyone had somewhere better to be other than accommodating their guests. We drove 2 hrs to experience this and it was disappointing. I hear lefty's is similar maybe we'll try them out next time...

Came here for a quick shot on St Patty's weekend. We wanted a car bomb but they were out of Guinness - on St Patty's weekend! We ended up going with a green tea shot and I will say that it was probably the best green tea shot I've ever had. I'm not usually a huge fan of green tea, but this one had some type of spice in it that hit you after you drank it. It was really good. The ambiance was nice and relaxed, almost like a Dave and Buster's. From the brief time we were here, we had fun.

Alley Oops can be a busy zoo in the tourist season, and a great place to go in the off season. The food & drink menus have options for everyone and it’s consistent and good. There’s a good selection of craft beer too. Today’s lunch was the brisket & cheese sandwich with tots and a Big Truck Half Cab Hazy IPA.

The food wasn’t our favorite. We ordered the crab cake sandwiches. The crab cakes were barely warm and the buns were cold. The fries were the best part. The service was attentive, and friendly. We had a great time playing games and bowling. When we went to the bathroom none of the toilets had toilet paper. They weren’t dirty, just no paper. We let someone know and they were able to grab some for us. It wasn’t too busy as we were here on a Friday night off season. Next time we will grab food somewhere else before going to the arcade. Overall, we had a great time. It’s a fun arcade and duckpin bowling spot. Great place for older kids!Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are served on a souvenir frisbee. A giant fish tank greets you and the dining area is surrounded by big TVs playing short funny clips. Could be overstimulating for some kids.

Went for my son's 12th birthday and had the best service, food, and all around time while being there. The apps we ordered were fantastic and came out quick. The kids devoured the chicken tenders. And it was a clean and fun atmosphere.

We've eaten here several times and are never disappointed. Our grandkids love going for the food, but especially the arcade. We go year-round because we live close by. It's a great place to go during bad weather. It is a lot of fun. Hint: I buy the game cards between Black Friday and Christmas because they have a special deal on the $20 cards, and we give them to the grandkids as Christmas gifts. It's always a hit.Kid-friendliness: It's all about the kids.
