The food is okay but definitely not what's pictured on their sales boards. It was quite a surprise when I got my breakfast sandwich and it looked nothing like what they had posted in their pictures.

Everything we got was stale and old. I went to let them know and they replaced the items we got with fresh ones. Great customer service!!

I lost it on these people. I had a 40.00 gift card, they asked me pay then walked away to make the rest of my family's order, I swiped the card, it says approved, then he walks back and says it didn't go through. I literally logged in to the company's website and checked the balance. It showed a 40.00 balance activated 6/16, then a 40.00 transaction with today's date and time and their address... they refused to honor it. It's not my fault their terminal wasn't working properly. Rather than take the facts at face value they'd rather let me stand there yelling at them while possible customers walk away. Bad business.

Note to self...don't get the pretzels that's been sitting long...them pretzel bites where horrible..I was so disappointed. It was old and cold.. seagulls didn't even want it so that should tell u a lot! Lol but fr that wasn't Kool.

Everything is very tasty. There is always a line, this place is popular.

Very good pretzel , store is located in center of boardwalk area, some tables to sit and enjoy the pretzel while looking the sea view and crowd in the boardwalk ?. Prices are very nominal for boardwalk. A tall size pretzel nugget is $7.75 incl tax. Same shop has Cinnabon , carvel ice creams. Fast service with friendly staff. . Loved the place

Not very happy me. Wanted frosty and pretzel. Was 17$! Very expensive. Too much for me. More than double at oter places. Frosty was most ice. Tasted like choclate ice. Pretzel hard. Not happy

These cheap scammers are serving very old food. It’s going to eventually get someone sick and cause a lawsuit. The cinnamon bun was very old and barely had any icing. When I asked for more it came out of a squirt bottle. Never seen that at any location in my entire life. Not up to the company stands. I also got pretzel nuggets filled with bugs and had to take it back for a new one. I was questioned how the bugs got in the pretzels, I pointed to the ones on the counter and said the same way the got there. Health inspector is needed at this location. Will be calling.
