disrespectful and food was terrible
I visit Bad Monkey every time I cone to OC, a few weeks ago I as usual bought the entire family, kids, in laws, grandchildren , myself and husband items spending well over 200.00 the onsite I purchased was too small and my sweatshirt that was at least 50,00 plus dollars after washing the lettering is coming off I was told I could drive 3 hours each way to exchange or return….???? When you want promotional products that are not cheap at least stand behind your merchandise!!!!
We got there at 7:55 not knowing they close at 8pm. We were rushed and uncomfortable. My fish tacos were served cold.
