Food was good. Just as described. The service was detailed and they offered us complimentary drinks bc they were closing early like they normally do on Sunday. I thought that was very kind and generous. Staff was very welcoming. Will definitely return.
Love the monkey bread, cold brew coffee and food. Usually has a wait- we waited 10 minutes this time. Chairs/tables are a little on top of each other- so an adult sitting behind an adult is a tight squeeze. Service can be a little slow, but they are all very pleasant- prob because of how busy they stay. All that being said, it is our go to oc breakfast spot.
Another excellent experience at Bad Monkey on 58th Street. I called earlier in the morning because we had a party of 10. They don’t take reservations, but I wanted to give them a heads-up. I called again when we were on our way and was told we could sit separately or take a high-top, which we chose.
When we arrived, another group of 10 claimed they were the ones who had called ahead (they hadn’t), but the front-of-house staff handled it professionally and pulled tables...
