Bad custumer service rude staff ? I came from CT on september 4 2021 for first time and the lady in front she have glasses she was rude. Poor custumer service don't go there.

I go in and order a pint. The associates ask me would I like a quart instead. I say a quart would be fine. Then the can not figure out which container is a quart. While all of this is going on with 2 employees... two other employees are just stand around not asking other customers what they would like. The associate that went to get my ice cream goes back and forth from the cash register to the ice cream explaining one quart of ice cream.. the associates did not even pretend like they had a inkling of customer service. 8/19/21 8:15 ish.. the only business that I did not tip in Ocean city. Then the way she packed the quart sucked! Bring back the girls from last year!

Not gonna lie this is probably one of the cleanest Dunkin/ Baskin-Robbins I’ve seen. I came here to get a milkshake because I had a t-mobile Tuesday coupon and it was alright. The employees were very kind but it seemed like one of them was in training. The 1st employee was showing the new one how to make the milkshake and she overdid it with the milk. So the milkshake ended up coming out a little too watery :(It still tasted fine but still too watery for my liking. Overall, a descent store.

We visited late night. Only picked Baskin Robbins because the lines at our first two choices were too long. Overall good experience. Sugar cone was fresh and tasty. Server was pleasant and happy to give samples.

twice I have gone into this DD/BR and the service was awful. the first time they kept insisting I buy the pre-packed ice cream and I told them I didn't like it and I wanted the handpacked and they kept harrassing me to buy the other. then with a attitude they finally packed my quart. The second time I wanted 2 handpacked quarts and the cashier could not understand my English, it took her 10 minutes before someone would help her with my order, finally the manager packed my 2 quarts and I had to tell her to please pack the quarts fuller, she was putting the tops on with about a inch of space left. WTH, fill the quart. Never going back to the 119th street place again :(

Says you close at 10pm and the door is locked at 9:15. Witnessed four customers turned away in the couple minutes I was there. Really hope the guy inside cleaning up wasn't just being lazy and closing up early.
