Blu Crabhouse & Raw Bar

We went down here for a weekend in September and I was looking for ayce snow crabs which they had along with fried chicken corn on the cob and cheddar biscuits must say I was very impressed with food quality and definitely the waiter we had made the experience very delightful and must say was best service I have had in a long while kids had the boils and they loved them wife and son had different food from there and was very pleased with it this place has us as a customer for life we will be going back next year

Everything was great it was 9 of us and our waiter was on it and very very very nice and happy you don’t mind spending your money when you’re treated with respect because believe me my bill was over $250.00 and kindness

Had tonight first and last time, we were wanting some good seafood, well we made a terrible choice, started with blue crab dip, came out salty with terrible crackers and large dry pretzel stick rolls. I ordered the halibut 35.00 Add on crab cluster 12.Oo add on crab cake 20.00 girlfriend ordered the seafood pasta with scallops shrimp and crab 38.00. Our daughter got chicken fingers and fries 8.00 My 2 small pieces of halibut maybe 3 oz if I was lucky was served drowning in a pile of garlic mashed potatoes. The halibut was tasty made well , mashed potatoes were good, my crab leg cluster was cold and the saddest poor little crab cluster you ever saw, meat was dry and begging for the garbage can, crab cake was broiled and had a good flavor but par for the coarse Girlfriends pasta was decent but salty, she was enjoying it until she got an ammonia tasting scallop which ended that meal short , the daughters French fries were seasoned perfectly and fried in tallow which tasted great, chicken tenders big juicy and seasoned nicely , she won the menu battle today for only 8.00 , atmosphere was beat. Workers tired of doing the job and not enjoying being there we felt the same . food score from 1-10 earned : a solid 2 and the chicken fingers and fries secured that strong score, overall dining experience F- I actually felt I was stolen from

We had a fantastic experience at Blu. Our server, Kathy, was exceptional; friendly and definitely focused on providing excellent customer service. The atmosphere of the restaurant, the quality of the portions, and the actual taste of the food was quite impressive and apparently a reflection of the leadership of the manager, Kevin. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great dining experience at a reasonable price point.

Had such a great experience here tonight. We were greeted by friendly hostesses. Our server Lindsey went above and beyond to make an already amazing atmosphere that much more enjoyable. She helped our younger kids with cracking crabs, knew what to recommend, and gave great advice. Having dined at several high end restaurants all over the country, this is definitely one of my top 2. We plan on making this a frequent outing. Thanks again for a great staff and great fresh seafood!

Fabulous service and food was very good. It was nice to sit on the deck near the bay & enjoy our dinner. Would definitely eat here agon when I visit OC.

Food went downhill. Mentioned that we didn't like food, and they did nothing. Manager didn't even come and ask what they can do to make our visit better.

My wife was craving good seafood all summer and Blu hit the spot. We were given a choice to sit inside or outside. You can also have a little sand with your experience. So they bring the beach to you. The food was incredible and our server Lindsey was absolutely delightful and attentive. I went with her suggestion for dinner and I was not disappointed. If you go make sure you get her as your server and be sure to tip her well.

Lucas party of 3...food was mediocre at best... recycled microwave shrimp...the corn my daughter had was recycled...her tacos overstuffed wit shredded unseasoned beef...not authentic...crab legs were small Chinese buffet looking snow clusters...even my salad looked a little recycled...never going back...they served me some soybean oil and called it butter... nothing looked like the menu online

First time in ocean city, couldn’t have picked a better spot for dinner! Food was great and reasonably portioned. Sat outside with the sand under our feet. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
