Me: 66 years old...grew up and live here in Ocean City, MD and always patronize the food venues along the boardwalk. I feel it's important. One of my favorites places to go, was Caruso Pizza as their pizza's are delicious. Now that the crowds have decreased a bit here in September, we elderly folks will venture out on a nice evening, such as today, for some pizza. Unfortunately, while ordering, we ran into a snag that this time we were not going to overlook. Four of us went inside, Caruso's Pizza, and grabbed a table while I went to the counter to order two large pizzas and a salad with four cup of water. I was informed by the young gal behind the counter that they will not give me 4 cups of water and that I would have to instead purchase water bottles. I guess Caruso Pizza feels it's better to gouge away customer's money over a cup of water than to keep them returning. I went back to my table and informed them of this uttered greediness Disappointed, we all got up and walked out. Our mission was to eat pizza and patronize one of our local venues. I am happy to report that our mission was accomplished at the Dough Roller...... As my former drill sergeant used to say, "mess around, mess around, you won't be around". Smarten up!

Had a steak with provolone steak. The steak looked pinkish. And it was terrible then the manager gave me a pepperoni sub. Epic fail the sauce was terrible. I will never go back

This place has really gone downhill. The pizza used to be good but during our most recent visit on 8/16/24 the pizza was undercooked and very greasy. I could only eat half a slice before I started to feel nauseous and both of my teenagers got sick 20min after we walked out and had to make a mad dash to find a restroom. The place wasn't that busy when we went in and yet the majority of the open tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped down. As we were getting ready to leave and throw our plates away we saw one of the workers that was handling the food had gloves on but proceeded to repeatedly wipe her face with her gloved hands and not change the gloves. When we placed our order at the counter it the cashier must have been off in LaLa land because she was looking right at us but it took her a good couple of minutes to acknowledge our existence and take our order and it's like she totally forgot we ordered drinks and we had ask if she could fix them.

Pizza use to be really decent here back in the day. Now it's very mid. I think frozen pizza could be better. It's over price. My main concern was a lady had gloves on touching her face and hair with them and went to make food. That's very unsanitary! I don't think it would be worth eating at this place again

Review completed by my 13 and 11 year old daughters whose definition of high quality food is Wawa and Sheetz. They said the service was excellent, food was served quickly and hot. We ordered pizza and bread sticks. They were especially impressed at its cleanliness for a place in the boardwalk and they give Ethan (we think that is his name) 5 stars for walking around and wiping down all of the tables and chairs after each family left. And because I am raising old ladies, they complained that the music was too loud.

“Absolutely loved the pizza here! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like it. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, with a great balance of flavors. We tried the Cheese and the Pepperoni, and both were exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Will definitely be coming back!”
Pizza was great and service was quick and friendly. Location great too right on the boardwalk and you can sit inside! Great view Of course it is old and could be more clean but given the fact that people walk in from the beach it is understandable.
