Fantastic food, fantastic service, fantastic ambiance. As a frequent diner at this restaurant, I am always blown away by Peter Shields. 10/10 PS: the server Chris M. Is the absolute best!
Chris was the best server. They were also very accommodating moving our table because of the noise level. Food was great. Impeccable service. I miss the pate before dinner as I've been coming here for years. Champagne for our anniversary was a very nice touch.
Another fantastic dinner at PSI. Our first visit since they obtained the liquor license, some great wines to choose from and reasonably priced. Looking forward to our next visit.
Was a fabulous evening. Our server Sean was friendly, funny and well versed on the menu. It has become our favorite restaurant in Cape May.
Sean is a wonderful waiter. He makes the guests feel so welcome and is very attentive, efficient and kind. All of the staff are great. The people at the front desk are also very welcoming.
Dinner for 2 was absolutely delicious from appetizers to desert...Dillon was an excellent server and Aaron pitched in..Seam Brown was a wonderful host.
This will be the 5th year I've been to this restaurant on my annual visit to Cape May. Although the food was very good, it's lost something this year. Menu selections were more complex but limited. Enjoyed the food overall
Celebrating our 43 wedding anniversary. Jennifer, our server, was fantastic. Food and ambiance couldn't have been better. We'll be back.

Love this restaurant! Ever time we come to Cape May we eat here. Quality of food is excellent. Nice to see they have a full bar now.

Sean our waiter very attentive and not intrusive. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.
I felt that the elegance was a bit contrived. I felt that there is a Peter Shields way a of doing things that lacked the flexibility to accommodate their diner's needs. There is a formality that interferes with a friendly ambience.
We had a very nice experience at PSI. Our waitress was attentive and professional. The first courses were great, stone fruit salad was delicious and oysters were as well. Main courses were also very good although my filet was only cooked the way I had asked (medium) on one half and was medium rare on the other half. I gave that part to my husband. The PBJ dessert was ok, and the white chocolate bread putting was insanely good. It's a tiny bit overpriced for what it is but we would go back again.
PSI has been our go to spot for fine dining for decades. Last night was a huge dissapointment. We went with another couple who also frequents there. Our drcision this morning was we need to go back to all the other great Cape May fine dining spots. My buddy and I were excited to see the Porkchop with S Philly Antioasto. Failed on every count. 1. The antipasta was a bloob of arugla plopped on top of a thinly pounded and deep fried slab of pork. Not close to a chop. Think weiner snitzel 2. The blob of arugala had a few tiny pieces of supersad and cheese if you coukd find them 4. Our waiter and service was excellent. 5. Our Wives dinners were pretty good the Buratta and strawberres, Lobster Bisque and butternut raviolis were good. Big let down. We made our reservations 2 months on advance.
