“Update 8/25 - So, I go in for dinner. Typical line for summer in OC, I get up to give my order to a nice young lady and find that they are out of several ingredients (peppers, onions, barbacoa, guac, etc). There was only the one girl serving and a cashier. They are/were obviously understaffed. But it was exasperating to wait 20 minutes in line only to find I couldn't get what I wanted.
Don't know what the others are talking about. I live here and the service there is excellent. The summer crowds are pretty unreal, though.“
“Food was fantastic. Woman behind the counter filled up the bowl of rice, beans, protein, veggies, salsa, and guac with good portions in 30 seconds. First time seeing fresh guacamole at a Chipotle in a while. Nothing unpleasant or bland. Dining area was kept very clean.“
