My food disappeared from DoorDash and they gave my a refund and free food they also have amazing workers

Dirty Dirty Dirty out front and behind counter food tasted like it had a pound of salt in it and they didnt even have hot sauce or lids for drinks wow what a fail

I love Chipotle and since we don't have one where I live we go to once each time we go to Ocean City. An the lady who was in charge of making my bowl had a attitude, was hard to understand due to language barrier, and it caused our orders to get messed up. An we were missing things we paid for. But other than that the food was great as usual

The amount of food I was given and the guy had a rude tone towards me when I had done nothing wrong and he yelled at my mother and she knows little english and he called her slow I don’t know his name but he had red hair but the amount of rice I got on my burrito my burrito did not even look like a burrito it looked like a square. This is unacceptable i expected better.

This chipotle gave me nothing on my bowl after I ordered. It was significantly less than other chiptoles. This chipotle sucks. Im still hungry. Don't go here

Update 8/25 - So, I go in for dinner. Typical line for summer in OC, I get up to give my order to a nice young lady and find that they are out of several ingredients (peppers, onions, barbacoa, guac, etc). There was only the one girl serving and a cashier. They are/were obviously understaffed. But it was exasperating to wait 20 minutes in line only to find I couldn't get what I wanted.

Don't know what the others are talking about. I live here and the service there is excellent. The summer crowds are pretty unreal, though.

Don’t go. Save your time and $ for another clean establishment. Trash everywhere, filthy, dumpster outside had trash overflowing and dirty food packages throughout the parking lot. Too bad because their food is so good but this establishment was foul.

Depending if management is there is if I know I should order or not. Knew I shouldn’t have but did and just left there, spent over $40 on 3 meals and chips. Bowls/burrito were so short on ingredients even when asked for more rice or cheese. Charged full price for a burrito that was only chicken and rice. Used to be cheaper. Chips stale and non edible. Can never have consistency which I know is hard to find in your employees but to see the order being made for the person infront of you and their food is filled to the brim and they’re only getting one bowl and you get 3 different items is not a good feeling. Guess you have to order your multiple things all separate to get that luxury of what you’re STILL paying the same for. I love this place when the original employees are there that we had in the off season. They’re great. Just wish we could have the same experience each time.

I’ve been to many chipotles in my time, and this place gets a close second for the worst I’ve ever been to. This chipotle simply serves as a giant conglomerate to take your money on the premise that you won’t be coming back (which won’t matter as it’s in a touristy vacation town). The food was horrible and bland, there was ginormous chunks of onion that weren’t properly cut, and the employees were extremely lazy and slow. Not to mention that none of the tables were clean and every single trash can was filled to the brim with trash falling out.

I ordered double wrap burrito with extra chicken and it was perfect. Definerely worth it. Chips was also good.

Restaurant was very dirty, trash can overflowing, trash all over the floor and tables there was no ice in the ice machine. Very busy staff was in no sense of urgency to wait on customers. Atmosphere made it hard for me to enjoy my food.
