Clean, friendly staff, good food. I don't like that you have to pay extra for guacamole when you're already paying $15 for a burrito but other than that it's a good place to eat.Vegetarian options: Since you can create your own burrito, you can make it with no meat.Parking: There are approximately 20+ spots

Best service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Visiting Ocean City during the off-season and didn't expect much but what I got was WAAAY better. The usual order but my on-the-spectrum toddler was overstimulated, an angel of an employee who sympathized because she has 6 children of her own recognized this and gave him a clementine in a sauce container. She said that it was bright so physically appealing but it also doubled as a noisemaker therefore satisfying his need to make some kind of audio chaos. It was perfect, he played with it during the whole meal as he ate & in the end he ate the clementine. I get a bowl w/ rice, chicken, cheese and guacamole, my wife gets the same and my guy gets the children's meal. It's off-season so the parking was plentiful and the wait was non-existent. It was everything I've come to expect from Chipotle in terms of food but the service made my night. Five stars is the least I could do. Whoever she is got my thanks and got this positive review.

It’s evident that the restroom consistently appears unkempt and unclean, giving off the impression that maintenance isn’t a priority. A clean restroom is fundamental for a pleasant dining experience and reflects on the restaurant’s commitment to hygiene.Additionally, my attention was drawn to the filtration system above where they prepare the food, particularly the filters above the rice station. These filters seemed neglected and haven’t been adequately cleaned or replaced. The presence of visible debris and dirt was off-putting, making it clear that regular upkeep of essential areas is lacking.I believe in the potential of Chipotle to offer exceptional dining experiences, and I hope my feedback can encourage the management to address these concerns promptly. A clean and well-maintained environment not only promotes a healthy dining experience but also enhances the overall perception of the restaurant. Looking forward to witnessing positive changes for future visits.

Every time we have come here they are out of some essential ingredient and they don’t bother posting it at the door, they just wait til you’ve spent twenty minutes on line to tell you. I think they must be understaffed because it’s always got a long line and isn’t very clean. I feel badly about that, I’m sure it’s their corporate overlords putting profit before customer service.

Stopped in at 8pm to get a bowl and side of chips. Cashier told me they were out of chips, however they close at 10. Also, the inside and outside trash cans were OVERFLOWING with garbage. Wouldn't bother going there.

We went to this location twice. 1st day we wanted to do a takeout, we were told we can not. So we had to walk in and order and eat there. Food was okay not that good.Next day we had no choice we went to the same place, and on 2nd day they said we had to order online and do a takeout only and we can not walk in and place order. Such annoying service and different rules… so call these people 1st before driving there.
