My boyfriend and I go to ocean city every fall for a weekend getaway and we’ve gone to coastal salt the last 2 years for dinner. We had the pleasure of being served by Kevin C both times and he was great! Very personable and friendly. The food is always amazing and the drinks are delicious! We both got the lost at sea and I had the crab cake sandwich for my entree. Can’t ever go wrong with some oysters this time of year too :) definitely recommend Coastal Salt for a nice dinner in OC!

I couldn’t tell you how the food is. We chose to sit outside, it was not overly crowded but I guess due to appearance no one wanted to wait on us. After 15 min of no one coming over to even take a drink order or say we will be right with you, we got up and left. Just because we are not dressed up (we are at the beach) does not mean someone does not have money. It is a shame because the food on the menu sounded really good.

Honestly, very disappointed about the food at Coastal Salt. I found this place on Tik Tok and I thought it would be great meal close to my hotel. However, I found the seafood pasta was sloppily put together and unseasoned/bland. The woman next to me on the bar seemed to feel the same as she also barely touched her seafood pasta as well. I tried to tell the barstaff that I didn’t enjoy my meal, but they seemed like they weren’t willing to rectify the problem. Very expensive meal that I did not finish. Very disappointed

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience at Coastal Salt! The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Our server, Kevin, made the night even better — he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place if you want great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

Best restaurant on the Boardwalk! Food, Drink and Service are Great!
We went in early Oct for an anniv dinner. They gave us a reservation by the window in order to see the ocean. The workers were great and helpful on the phone! We shared the Spring Roll Crunch Salad and the Smoked Jamaican Chx sandwich… and both were fantastic! It was unusual to find unique and healthy options that weren’t seafood! Our view was beautiful, the restaurant quiet, and the bathroom was beautiful and actually a fun experience, lol! Our server, hostess, and busboy were all very kind. Compared to other places, considering the view, our bill was very reasonable. We def recommend!
