As a local, I want to speak up for Crawl Street Tavern and their staff. This has always been a respectful, welcoming place with great service. The staff has consistently been polite, attentive, and professional every time I’ve visited.
Crawl Street Tavern is a great place for families and kids earlier in the day and up until around 6 PM if you’re looking for a good bite to eat in a relaxed, casual setting. Like many local taverns, it naturally shifts to a more adult atmosphere past 6 PM, and it may not always be the best environment for young children later in the evening.
This doesn’t take away from how great this establishment is — it’s been a solid local spot for years and continues to provide good food, respectful service, and a comfortable place for locals to unwind.
I will continue to support and recommend this place.

After seeing so many commercials talking about a family friendly dining experience and great food i brought my family to come eat dinner at 6pm and was told kids were not allowed to dine. Very confused as a kids menu is even offered. We unfortunately won't be returning.

I frequent the tavern often and is to my dismay to give a bad review however, I was in this establishment last night with a date and almost from the beginning the female bartender was abrasively disrespectful making colourful comments showing a lack of couth and professionalism, ensuing the utmost amount of disrespect I have ever encountered. I will not be going back until she is reprimanded for such action. I believe a formal apology is in order. I hope future looking this incident does not go unnoticed and does not set the tone to the new year for this respective business.

What a great show on NYE! Fuzz Box Piranha nailed it!! The female bar tender was amazing and made me a mocktail based off of one of the available cocktails. Being alcohol free has its drawbacks in taste when going to bars with friends. Thank you for a great evening.

Great little spot. 2 pool tables with a small stage for entertainment.
Bar is central with a few tables around the outside walls. Bar staff was inattentive and even though they weren't busy it took FOREVER to get their attention to get a drink...as we sat at the bar. We had a great time while we were here but it would have been better with a few more rounds!

We were there with friends for Sunfest 2025, had Chris as a bartender Thursday night and he was awesome, great personality and great drinks. We went back for breakfast on Sunday ( our last day there) and to our surprise we were greated very warmly with a big hug by Chris the bartender who was now our server for breakfast, Chris again had a great personality and gave us great service and a great breakfast. We'll be back for sure. Mark, Lisa, Ed, Wendy and Steve
I Called them on the phone to ask them if they had the raiders and Colts game on they told me yes there’s a country music festival going on right now so we spent $80 to park $15 to get in the place and $38 on drinks mind you that’s two beers one nonalcoholic and two shots which are the size of mouthwash. They didn’t have the game on. They did not have adequate seating. They overpack the bar and the only game that’s on is the Eagles and the Broncos on eight TVs, they have the Baltimore game, which reminds you I’m in Maryland on two TVs. The owner is an arrogant jerk. The only people that were nice was the bouncers. I will never go back their garbage

The owner was awesome she took good care of us Her son the bartender was not so friendly and gave us alot of attitude and told us just because his mom liked us doesn't me he has to be nice to us and take care of us. Chris was the only 1 that had an attitude towards us everyone else was amazing miss Kay the other bartender also took good care of us she was the hardest worker there and didn't complain about anything and she was working from open to close every night we were there. I would definitely recommend this place just be weary of the Chris bartender he isn't so friendly.
