Never really had a bad experience with this location. Great service, great prices, clean and tasty. Definitely worth the visit if you are in need of getting a burger and fries plus some delicious ice cream.
A nice Dairy Queen. Great ice cream and large portions. Friendly staff. Helpful. Clean restaurant. Clean rest rooms. I went there with friends and we had an excellent time.

I wanted to commend the staff on the service tonight. Took my family here and even though they seemed a bit short staffed they all were working to get food out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the items that we ordered which I had to point out. The young lady at the front and what I'm thinking was the manager on duty at the grill quickly replaced the entire order to make things right. They turned what could have been a negative review into a positive experience.

Dairy deserts were amazing (as always). Only notable bad was we ordered a hot fudge Sunday with peanuts and the order taker didn’t hear the with nuts part. When we asked for the peanuts - the order taker deemed it appropriate to charge us $2.09 for about a teaspoon worth of peanuts…. Horrible business decision on my opinion…

I spent over $32 and never got a receipt didn't get The Onion rings that I had ordered I decided to call the store the lady resumes to tell me that she cannot do anything that I would have to come from all the way home for her to give me my onion rings and refuse to do anything else I would suggest no one go to the West Ocean City store ever!!! I spend lots of money at this place when I get off work so they will no longer be getting any business from me or anybody else I can put the word out for

This is the only Dairy Queen left in OCMD…at least that I’m aware of. It was clean, fast, and plenty of parking. Took us 9 minutes from 20th street to get here…worth it considering the alternatives

I took my Grandson here for lunch . The burgers tasted like bad meat and the rolls were stale. Nothing good here for us this day . Soda tasted watered down. Be careful here .
