Just witnessed a disabled elder drop there ice cream in front of the entire staff and they all just stood there and watch him try and pick it up then after he picked it up he asked if he can get another one because he just scooped it off the floor and the work said he would have to pay for a new one and he seemed very confused so he asked again and the worker said let me go ask my manager and goes in the back to ask manager and comes back out and says manager said he would have to pay half price for a new one and he looked like her really didn't want to have to spend another 10 dollars on a ice cream he never got to try. The Manger should of came out them selfs and talked to the Customer instead didn't. What a dam shame theses people are I walked out refusing to spend my money on greed company with no sympathy to disability customers

No customer service whatsoever. I was in line thinking people were waiting to order but they were waiting for their ice cream and the guy who worked at 7:30pm let another group who came after me order before me like I was invisible. Terrible place that doesn’t care about their customers.

Cookie and Cream, Strawberry Dippin Dots is really good. They sell bubble tea as well. The Mango Milk Bubble Tea is amazing. You can customize your tea with boba or fruit jellies or pearls.
