I ordered something totally different than what i got and when i got it i got pizza that had been sitting for hours it was ice cold and burnt to where i couldnt even bite into it i called the store to complain and the manager was rude i mean really rude he did not want to help or fix the problem sounded truly too stoned to care worst experience ever

Me and my cousin ordered a large pepperoni pizza, garlic knots and the marble cookie brownie bites, they were amazing the food came quicker than I expected and the pizza was nice and crunchy. The marble cookie brownie bites were the best dessert I have tasted in a very long time, the garlic knots were also great but I wouldn’t expect anything less from Dominos.I RECOMMEND!❤️

my boyfriend and i have lived in ocean pines for a while now but we just moved into ocean city for the winter due to renting stuff. we have always used the berlin dominos and they have always been fantastic but this dominos sucks. first time we ordered from them it took them an hour and a half to bring us our food. we just ordered from them tonight and it took them an hour and the driver roy was rude to my boyfriend when he arrived. the food was also cold when it got to us. very disappointed and they need to change something that they are doing wrong.

They wouldn't take my order over the phone. I order on line and the price was higher. The explanation was was done, but they couldn't find it. Waste of time for a bad pizza.
I'm a Dominos guy, literally could call out "Yo Domino!" behind me and I'll turn around. Beings this is OC location during summer season I won't beat the horse but it was pretty sloppy cut job on our solo pizza we got. Bread bites were undercooked. Took quite a long time to have ready with nothing really going on inside. I ate every bit of it and so did the kids, didn't ask for any favors from staff after receipt. So much pizza to choose from in OC but I'll probably come back anyway.

Unbelievably awful experience. How is Dominos possibly still in business? Never, ever again. One hour and fifty minutes. $35 dollars for a pizza delivered cold, soggy and congealed. My mistake to order it from these guys Could have driven to the grocery store. Purchased the ingredients for $20, come back baked and eaten and cleaned the kitchen in that time. Absolutely absurd. Never ever again.
