“Food was as expected and they do well with the VERY little space they have. Cashiers fast and friendly. Biggest issue was food prep person (who looked to be the manager/supervisor) was not making food FIFO. Several orders placed after ours were fulfilled first. While there is some multi-tasking possible while bagels toast and such, it shouldn’t be that noticeable a delay. Order status board like the one pictured would be a relative cheap tech upgrade. More shade outside and misting machine would help families to wait outside instead of everybody crammed into the small lobby.“

“It's a DnD, so....what can I say? Well, I've been a bit disenchanted with places like DnD who have aggressively pushed to automate the ordering experience, pushing screens in your face and minimizing personal connections to customers. I've had experiences with simple, ready made products like black coffee and donuts from the case that have taken over 15mins!!! (At my closest to home location) Because they either forgot me or prioritized drive thru. However this location had my coffee waiting for me before I could step from the order screen to the pick up counter. Possibly I'm impressed by this simple task done as expected only because other locations are performing so poorly in this regard? Either way, here I am rating a DNF for. Very positive experience. They earned it. Very pleasant staff that honestly seemed to enjoy what they do, too. Well worth mentioning that!!“

“Most of these reviewers nailed this place. Donuts are delish. Just the donuts would make this a 5 star rating. However everything else is kinda off.Wait is a bit long. Process is super awkward. Place is kinda weird and definitely dirty. I think the open concept does not work here. I didn’t need to see this slow and clunky donut making process. Also, there was plenty of folks working, but the process looked to not be running super efficiently. The older white haired lady does look to be in charge and the young men were just looking to not make her angrier and just do their jobs. I did see her scrolling her phone when I left. Super weird vibe.They also need sturdier boxes. They are made to order so they are packed pretty hot which doesn’t help with transport or aesthetic.Drink cases in front with no drinks. Hours are only 8am-12pm. Coffee maker from the 80s. I don’t recall if they actually had any made.We ordered 10 different donuts, but it is hard to know what any of them are until you taste them. Many of them look the same. They are super delicious, so again, definitely worth trying!!“

“Spent the last 5 days in Ocean City and this Dunkin has been my go to spot! I place my order just a few min before I go to the drive thru window and it’s ready asap and made correctly every single time.
This Dunkin has the best and friendliest employees I’ve ever encountered. All Dunkin’s should be like this one.“

“It is the cutest storybook A-frame cottage that houses the Dunkin’ Donuts on 67th Street. Parking & easy access out front at the Town Center. Absolutely spot-on service! A systematic team here to put your orders together. We enjoyed the ambiance outside on the front patio while we ate our breakfast & sipped our favorite coffee.“

“What a cute little cafe and market in the middle of Sunset Island. The staff is so friendly and happy! I love getting my Starbucks coffee there without driving all the way uptown or to the boardwalk! They have great pastries and ice cream!“

“Today a friend of mine left her phone there and 2 female employees got ahold of me and we were able to find another friend in the area to pick the phone up for us - we’re in Talbot County so over an hour away but my friend was there for a cheer competition! Those 2 employees went ABOVE and beyond to return an iPhone. Just weeks before Christmas this would have been a major loss!!! Those 2 girls are gems!“
