This restaurant underdelivers on pretentiousness and overdelivers on taste and value. The burgers are incredible, and the private barrel flight is the best deal in OC (if you like whiskey). The cocktail and beer menus are thoughtfully put together and are a departure from normal OC fare. My recommendation is to start at Seacrets to party and hit up Dry 85 for a break and some food.

We popped in on an off-season Saturday as part of an afternoon Uber-crawl. We didn’t eat so can’t comment on the food. But if you are a whiskey 🥃 person then this place is for you. Huge selection of whiskeys to try. If you have a favorite, it’s likely here. If you want to explore something new then there are plenty of options. Vibe is cool as well. Rustic feel. They DO have non whiskey drink options as well. Some draft and cans and other spirits along with specialty drinks. 🍹 Enjoyed our stop and hope to get back to try the food. 😀

Great food. The Pork Ossoboco (or however it's spelled) was awesome. Looked like some kind of Brontosaurus rib from the Flintstones or something! Atmosphere was also really nice. Warm, welcoming and had some cool Prohibition-era references in the wallpaper and some of the decor. The service was eh... ok. Had a party of about 13 or so. Early on, service was great. Timely and friendly. As the night went on, the server was just, absent. Empty appetizer trays/plates were left for a while (30+ mins after finish) before they took our dinner order, then once dinner was served, trying to get a drink refill was rough. Just seemed kind of absent-minded or frazzled, despite the place being relatively empty besides us. Overall, a great place to go. Would recommend.

Food was very good. We had to give them a try and wasn’t disappointed. The beef short ribs were heavenly. They building is very nice and decor was cool. The location is very convenient and parking was good for the area. We will definitely go back again. They are seasonal so be sure to check the hours and dates online or call them. Had an awesome experience during Fall cruzers. Great service, had Brussels sprouts and shrimp Mac cheese for starters, two filets and two burgers for our 4-too. Finished with ice cream sandwich that was way better than expected. Kyle was attentive, knowledgeable, and spirited. Would ask for him again. B &
