Have always depended on this Dumser's. And Dumsers doesn't disappoint. Doesn't matter if it's off-season or not, friendly, ice cream delicious, waitress great, coffee still the best. I really wanted to love this place! It is set up as an old-fashioned malt shop or the diners that were in Wolworths back in the day. Long counter you can sit at, very neat. Unfortunately our food took a really long time to come. We didn't get anything special, club sandwiches, 2 hotdogs, 2 cheeseburgers, 1 kids grilled sandwich, and 2 kids chicken meal. The burgers we're like hockey pucks, I only took 2 bites of mine. Hot Dogs are sliced in half, kind of see that for the kids, but the adults? Kids liked their chicken legs. When our waitress was around, she was good, only when she was around. Finally, when we waited a6while for our check, I had to get up and find another waitress to get it for us. I raised them to a 3-star because the ice cream was amazing! I had a Rootbeer ice cream soda, and we ended with some sundays, which were excellent. I'd come back to get ice cream, but probably wouldn't eat here again

Hoooyah !!! Hello my people this is blackceaser the world traveler here doing another food review ...I have to admit service was much to be desired but with patience and a light tongue this was worth the wait I had the hot turkey platter with the traditional icecream soda and CCCCLLLAWD have mercy george on my life I have never been to a restaurant that excelled at both....the Mac and cheese was good and the wait wasn't bad five stars too you guys ...blessed be the God of heaven an all his host !!!
