I visited Dunkin' Donuts in Ocean City during my trip and had a good experience overall. The location was convenient, especially if you’re near the boardwalk or heading out early in the morning.
The service was fast and friendly, even though the store was quite busy. The staff managed the rush efficiently and kept the line moving. I ordered a hot coffee and a veggie egg white wake-up wrap, and both were fresh and exactly what I expected. Their donuts were soft and fresh, and the iced coffee was just right—not too sweet or watered down.
The place was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of napkins and condiments available at the counter. There’s limited seating, so it’s more of a grab-and-go spot, which makes sense given the beach crowd.
Overall, a reliable stop for your caffeine fix or a quick breakfast while enjoying Ocean City. Would definitely visit again when in town.

Don't unusual do Dunkin donuts but out of town and wanted a donut and coffee. Wow have things changed. They no longer have the chocolate glazed donuts. The way they do orders have changed. Told they'd call our number when our coffee was ready, luckily we walked down to the check-out area and low and behold our coffees were just sitting on the counter. Never called our number. Not sure why as they weren't busy. Clean, drive thru available and friendly employee at the cashier station. Shocked as we ordered two coffees and one donut and three munchkin's and it cost over $10. Just didn't realize how much the prices have increased since I only get coffee at DD about every other year. However coffee and donuts were good.

Service is always fast and I never have an issue with my drink. If you want a signature that's not on the menu anymore, no problem they fix it right up without additional delay. Parking and getting to the building is a little bit of a monster. The one way street makes it awkward getting in from the plaza side.

Forgot to even make my bacon egg and cheese bagel and then as I watched them make my bagel they missed my bagel with the egg and wiped the table top with it and threw it on the bagel…. Mind you the table top was disgusting!
