Iced coffee with cream and caramel... perfect. It's usually not enough ice, not enough Carmel. This location got it right!

I've never bought anything from DD that did not have sugar 🤣. I was surprised because it was the caramel mocha and it was only coffee and milk with ice.

Just look at this…It’s suppose to have bacon bites on it not whole slices of bacon. Do better Dunkin… I understand it’s a holiday weekend and y’all are busy but the lady who has handed me my food has seen me here over 10 times and should know I’m a local. Suppose to treat us right not like a tourist.

They charge you for espresso and give you hot coffee

Dunkin is always the place for good coffee

Good Dunkin' location, line was fast and service was great! Munchkins weren't the best quality but decent nonetheless

Not much of a choice for donuts but they are all like that now. I think the coffee is better and cheaper then Starbucks

I ordered an iced coffee with6 pumps of caramel and i recieved an iced coffee with just sugar in it so i asked the female manager if she could fix it for me . She fixes it and I apologized and I said normally I wouldn't complain but I'm diabetic and can't have all that sugar she then began arguing with me saying there was no sugar in it that it was only caramel and I said there wasn't any caramel in it . I was like whatever proceeded to sit down and eat and the female manager then proceeded to give me dirty looks the entire time I was eating. I will not be coming back here and that manager should be fired for arguing with a customer and treating a customer very poorly .

Today a friend of mine left her phone there and 2 female employees got ahold of me and we were able to find another friend in the area to pick the phone up for us - we’re in Talbot County so over an hour away but my friend was there for a cheer competition! Those 2 employees went ABOVE and beyond to return an iPhone. Just weeks before Christmas this would have been a major loss!!! Those 2 girls are gems!

Drive thru sucks their to much in a rush and that's not how you do business even the manager was giving us poor excuses and I've been trained to do drive thru for over 15 years and customers are always right!!!
