Dunkin'

I ordered an iced coffee with6 pumps of caramel and i recieved an iced coffee with just sugar in it so i asked the female manager if she could fix it for me . She fixes it and I apologized and I said normally I wouldn't complain but I'm diabetic and can't have all that sugar she then began arguing with me saying there was no sugar in it that it was only caramel and I said there wasn't any caramel in it . I was like whatever proceeded to sit down and eat and the female manager then proceeded to give me dirty looks the entire time I was eating. I will not be coming back here and that manager should be fired for arguing with a customer and treating a customer very poorly .

Today a friend of mine left her phone there and 2 female employees got ahold of me and we were able to find another friend in the area to pick the phone up for us - we’re in Talbot County so over an hour away but my friend was there for a cheer competition! Those 2 employees went ABOVE and beyond to return an iPhone. Just weeks before Christmas this would have been a major loss!!! Those 2 girls are gems!

Drive thru sucks their to much in a rush and that's not how you do business even the manager was giving us poor excuses and I've been trained to do drive thru for over 15 years and customers are always right!!!

My wife ordered a croissant sandwich. They were out of croissants so their best answer was to not give us the sandwich. All would have been good if they had told us they were out and asked what we wanted instead.....but they figured the best option would be to not give us anything. And, of course, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. This place is terrible.

Why do they scream at you at the drive through the moment you pull up ? Not even one second to read the menu even when you say can I just have one second please ??? Insanely disrespectful ??left my man in a panic. If you guys got payed by tips you wouldn’t survive

An okay place serving standard Dunkin fare. But the staff refused to customize for someone who's a vegan and wanted to take off the meat from sandwich. Sad!

This is my first time writing a negative review, but I felt it was important to share my experience. The young woman who works the drive-through in the morning has been consistently disrespectful and impatient. As someone who works in the service industry, I understand that things can get stressful, but there’s no excuse for speaking to customers with such disrespect when they’re simply trying to place an order.

If you find the job that difficult or unenjoyable, it might be worth considering a change, as this behavior impacts the customer experience negatively. I hope management can address this issue to ensure better service in the future.

I Love Dunkin! I normally get a caramel craze latte! I tried the ham and Swiss croissant! ? It was good and convenient to eat and go on a walk or whatever you need to do!
