Food was as expected and they do well with the VERY little space they have. Cashiers fast and friendly. Biggest issue was food prep person (who looked to be the manager/supervisor) was not making food FIFO. Several orders placed after ours were fulfilled first. While there is some multi-tasking possible while bagels toast and such, it shouldn’t be that noticeable a delay. Order status board like the one pictured would be a relative cheap tech upgrade. More shade outside and misting machine would help families to wait outside instead of everybody crammed into the small lobby.

As a customer they don't let you use the bathroom.I went with my family 3 we ordered 3 coffees and 3 donuts. I needed to use the bathroom and the manager wouldn't let them use it.

I ordered online, when my fiance went to pick it up, they had the coffees but not the rest of our order saying they never got that part of the order (our food)... Even though I had confirmation and they took out the WHOLE amount off of my card. Forgot a sandwich. Called and when prompted to talk to someone it just kept going to a dead tone.
All Dunkin offer the same quality of donuts and coffee. Can't go wrong going there. This little shop is clean and friendly.

The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because of the wait time. This is not due to the staff either. The people I saw were working faster and harder than most. This review goes to the owner /manager of the store. Don't schedule only two people during the day, especially during a rush. The workers did amazing for the circumstances.
