Today, 4/4/24 was not good at all... I'll start with the bartender( young lady with the nose piercing). My wife and I went for Happy Hour and it wasn't until we were completely done, that she came back to us and asked if we were done. I had been wanted another beer and food item.I literally watched her ask everyone else did they need anything else.She was not even a little engaging or catering to us as customers. Secondly, I ordered wings and they were ALL flats..Because of her lack of customer service, I went to the kitchen myself and asked the chef why did I only get flats, and he said that's all that we have.... Really??? The only reason that I gave them 3 stars is because my grilled chicken sandwich and my wife's dish was pretty good. This is coming from a person who does not complain much....

Came here for a mini getaway with my mom for Valentines day and the first day I came to the bar for a couple beers to unwind and Victoria took wonderful care of me and all my questions. Very personable and friendly. Definitely recommend if staying at Grand Hotel.

Nice spot for karaoke. Lots of singers. The pizza from across the hall was delicious. The bartenders were working at a feverish pace to accommodate the large crowd. Fun times with somewhat overpriced drinks.

So this used to be y favorite place the 2 times it is horrible they are so understaffed which I totally understand. I work in retail, but the bartender tonight was just flat out rude. He had three people sitting in there and a table with about six people. He told us at the bar that we had to wait 20 minutes so he could get their drinks Now I get it he’s by himself but 20 minutes because he said he was tired of walking unreal had to leave after waiting 35 minutes
People were friendly. The food was good. It was off-season. We were the only guests, and the staff was low-key and casual.

The wait was very long but that was due to management. The sandwich I ordered arrived without any type of condiments. The most disturbing thing was that in addition to the tip being added to the check - there was a SERVICE CHARGE added - even if you paid cash. I won't eat here again!!

Where to begin. Stopped in after music festival to eat. Got the mushroom/swiss burger n fries. $21. 5 Mozarella sticks $10.Burger was ok but flavorless. Fries were old and dried out. Mozzarella sticks? No idea what kind of cheese it was but wasnt mozzarella. Aweful. Even the Ketchup had weird taste. All around an Epic failure. Saturday night and 5 people in the place. Total bill for 3 people $88. Not good.

Overpriced drinks for one, ordered buffalo chicken tenders just to have little something. Mc Donald's chicken mc nuggets are better. All the exact same shape and chopped chicken meat. Gross.

Wandered in off the street, initial impressions, we're decieving. Food was really good, the crab soup was different but had a lot of vegetables. The burgers and fries we had were hot and fresh. The beer was welcome. Service at the bar was prompt.
