RUDE! We stopped in, decided to use bathroom to wash hands. Decided we didn’t want to eat there, no one approached us, only one seated table. As we left I was accosted verbally by employee, said next time you use our bathroom you should patronize our restaurant. I then needed to explain myself that we changed our mind and chose to get closer to home to get something to eat at. Ionically the next restaurant we went to wr ran into another couple who just had the same experience! Seriously, will never EVER come back.

The best place we found and the nicest owners ever! They were soo helpful and caring about my son's food allergies and the food was delicious!

Dietary restrictions: They went out of their way to make meals for one of my boys with a lot of food allergies!

Vacationed in OC,MD and ate there twice and the food was amazing. Next time here they will definitely get our business again. Highly recommend. Great job Fat Daddy's.

We walked in.Stood at the counter for a few minutes. I said real loud "I don't think anyone works here".Waited another few minutes. Looked on the right where you cam see where the food is prepared. 3 employees one on his phone,the female employee had a little white spoon dipping it into a jar and eating it. They were all laughing. Looked like some kind of brown syrup or something.
So I said "can I place an order" We ordered and the male apologized saying they were bored.
We sat a a booth where I could see the kitchen. The female was making food and eating the same time with no gloves.
So as we were leaving I commented to my son. "Well I know we will never eat here again. It's disgusting"
She came out from the back and started yelling at me. Saying. "What? I am not allowed to eat?" And kept repeating herself as I was stating "not when your cooking "
There were other customers there with their 2 children. She watched the female employee too. Then commented to me how disgusting it was. She didn't feed her children the food she received and left right after us. I seen her on the boardwalk layer that night and she was telling me she was on the restaurant business. And what she witnessed there she couldn't eat the food that was ordered. And the service was horrible.
What used to be our go to place for great subs etc is no more. The sub had tons of melted cheese like usual. But with very little meat. My son ate the whole thing and was still hungry. He used to only eat half and bring the rest home for later.
Never again I repeated as I left. I honestly thought she was going to come after me. My son has a TBI and uses a rollator. No need for her to come after me like this.

My son was unfortunately the recipient of many food allergies (milk, eggs, peanuts, and sesame. Ocean City Maryland proved to be a difficult place to find places to eat during our week other than food we brought with us. Fat Daddy's staff took the time to look at the ingredients for many items to make sure he wasn't at risk. He tried his first ever BLT and loved it! My other son (less allergies) had a slice of cheese pizza that was as big as his head! They were so excited to return that we visited 2 more times during our stay. Each time my son tried something new that fit his allergy needs and couldn't stop raving about it. Next time we come for vacation, I am positive we will make many stops at Fat Daddy's!

Food was fine, but I don't appreciate a business ripping off customers just because you're in Ocean City. You should not charge people for ice water, no dine in restaurants do that, and you should not charge people for 2 toppings when they got 1 topping on half of the pizza and 1 topping on the other half. It didn't cost you any extra money to grab half a portion of pepperoni and half a portion of mushrooms, so why charge me more for that? Hate local businesses that intentionally look for ways to rip off tourists.

This is the business' response... what a freaking joke. The point isn't whether or not I'm a tourist, the point is you're ripping off your customers, the majority of which are tourists, just because you're I'm Ocean City. You wouldn't charge customers for water if your restaurant was near the suburbs.

The food is as awesome as the owners. Highly recommend.

Great people. Rockfish entre was delicious. Try Fat Daddy's IPA.

Cafeteria style dining mixed with classic pizza burger joint in the east coast style, but with a new age west coasty menu??? It was a good break from the boardwalk food for sure.
The atmosphere was chill, but kinda upscale vibe. Skip the iced tea, go for the lemonades.
Pin ball machine??

I will start by saying that Ed the owner had such a welcoming demeanor. Initially we walked into the bar section not even realizing it was an extension to the restaurant. Be sure not to pass the bar up though! He built it all himself and created such a mellowed out, relaxed environment. My friends and I were on vacation and happened to find this gem of a bar and restaurant (all 11 of us) and Ed remembered us all by name without hesitation. He is an extremely personable guy, who balanced conversation and excellent service. On that note he was sure to be organized with each check that was split between all of us.
Nothing but great things to say about Fat Daddy’s. Truly. Everyone left speaking highly of it. How the food was incredible, and the atmosphere, experience and conversations throughout the night will be something we never forget. Everyone one of us got something different to eat and we all left with full bellies saying how happy we were to have discovered this place before our vacation officially ended!

Absolutely amazing cheesesteaks every time. The manager is great every time we've been here, and we come at least 2 times every year on vacation. She's always accurate and the pricing is fair for the food quality and speed of service.

Went to get a pizza and go back to my place to eat, it is 11:30pm (past dinner time) had MULTIPLE people just at the counter just asking questions for over 10 minutes. No order taken and the line was out the door. Was waiting for at least 15 minutes for the line to move… didn’t move an Inch. If people have so much questions please pull others aside and get someone else to take orders. I’m incredibly annoyed with this staff and the customers.
