Food was great, but the store definitely needs a deep clean or a makeover.

I’ve been looking forward to coming to OCMD for months. The last time I was here I tried donuts from The Original Fractured Prune for the first time and fell in love! This morning I visited this location on Philadelphia Ave with my daughters and ended up walking out. We were the only customers and the woman making donuts did not acknowledge us after clearly seeing us walk in. She didn’t say anything to us until she saw us turning around to leave. I told her why we were leaving and she said she was heating her oil. Whatever that means but a simple wave or acknowledgement would have gone a long way. We are now at the Original Fractured Prune location on Coastal Highway where we will continue to go in the future.

Maybe update your times online. Says you’re open today 8-12. It’s 10:32 and you’re closed.

Staff was not very welcoming, donuts were stale by the time we got home, and all the icing and toppings slid/melted off the donuts. Very dissapointing, since I've heard so many good things, but I doubt I will be returning... ?

The donuts are over the top delicious. The place, however, looks so damn dumpy and dirty inside. Needs a little TLC and a good cleaning.

This place is receiving one star from me because of the old miserable woman in there. She is unbelievably rude and you can see the younger workers are terrified of her. I will never revisit another fractured prune due to that old bat.

Fresh warm and yummy. 5 stars is for wow me, and for price, it just misses the wow mark. But good quality for sure.

I was there on Saturday August 26 2023. My daughter told me to go there bc the donuts are very popular. Once I walked in I heard the owner screaming at the poor non speaking English employee that the cash register broke! I felt so bad for the girl she looked so innocent! Than the owner started yelling at the boy employee who dipped donuts bc he got some icing on the floor! I felt so bad for him she was so rude to her employees! Bc of her being so rude and nasty to her employees I refuse to go back! Plus the donuts were oily, no flavor just icing flavor! Will ever go back!

Would love to review the food but never got into the door. We got the kids and dogs together for a nice morning stroll. We walked from our hotel to the location on 2808 Philadelphia Ave. we arrived and there were people inside but it didn’t look busy. As I was reaching for the door handle a woman who works here opened it and stuck her head out. “We’re closed, I don’t have enough boxes”. Surprised I responded “you’re closed?” It was 8am. They only just opened at 7am! She then more forcefully says it again. “Closed, out of boxes.” I just stared at her because I didn’t even know what to respond with. She said “sorry, don’t know what you want me to do.” Then she slammed the door in my face. After that my 5 year old started to cry because the woman was “mean to mommy” and we looked for another location, walked back to the hotel and my husband drove to another spot. I’ve worked customer service my entire career (18 years) There are better ways to approach the situation. Even just with your tone of voice. Our first trip to OCMD and it wasn’t a good start to the morning.

They offer a selection of fresh donuts made to order while you wait, you pick the glaze/topping combination. It took us about 15 minutes or so to get our donuts after placing our order.
