Came in for the 2nd time in a loooong time. What we expected it to be didnt live up to what Harrisons used to be. Ambiance and view was great however the presentation of the dinnerware lack the quality of Harrisons reputation and in all honesty the metal serving dishes reminds me of what they use serving at the hospital or at the nursing home. The no flexibility or no substitution rule on the food or “as is” was disappointing. A good quality restaurant has more options to your preference. If it wasnt for the view (which basically we end up coming in here for) i wouldnt give it a 2 stars and im being generous.

Let me start off by saying the food isn’t bad but it isn’t anything to write home about. I got the blackened rockfish with wild rice and green beans and let’s just say it was not $33 + tax good. Any slightly competent cook can whip up some buttered green beans, a filet with blackened seasoning and some uncle Ben’s wild rice. I also got cream of crab soup which was okay, I’ve gotten the same quality soup out of a can at the grocery story. My wife got a burger which she described as “nothing special” and the fries it came with tasted like they were fried the previous day and stuck under a heat lamp the next. Our server was not very attentive nor friendly. Bill came out to about $90 with 12% tip included. For that kind of money, this food is simply not even close to worth it.

Harrison's Harbor was recommended by a server at another restaurant when we ate breakfast, so we went there for dinner. There was no wait and we enjoyed a nice window seat table. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Our server, Keisha, was friendly and attentive throughout the dining experience. We were really anticipating enjoying our meal selections, but unfortunately, we were both ultimately disappointed. My appetizer was the Cream of Crab soup, which I found to be very salty. Even when I tried to cut the salt by dipping bread in it, there was no relief. It had plenty of crab in it, but the crab texture seemed like it was dried out. My brother's appetizer was Bacon Wrapped Scallops. Sadly they were overcooked. His Surf and Turf entree was a tough cut of meat and not a true filet in his opinion. My seafood medley dish was ok, but unimpressive. I didn't care for the wild rice side dish, but we both agreed that the potatoes were fantastic. Overall our meal was satisfactory, but we were hoping for a more memorable experience. Even though the menu items weren't exactly to our liking, the restaurant is very popular, the service was excellent (from the host to our server and I even tipped the young lady who was bussing tables and hustled the entire time we were there). While I don't see us returning, I would suggest trying the restaurant, it may be to your liking.

Stopped by Ocean City on our way south during our honeymoon. Amazing Maryland crab cakes, fresh oysters and perfect service.

The hot bread at the beginning of the meal was the high point of the meal. Baked seafood sampler was not very flavorful, oysters on half shell good but very expensive and ahi tuna so so. Good service, but food was bland and overpriced.

The food was good, but a bit reluctant to give five stars. Reserve upper floor seating, you will have very good harbor view and when weather is good, you can certainly enjoy sunset as a bonus.
