Higgins Liquor Beer and Wine Store

To say that our meals were mediocre would be too generous. Paid $225 for 4 people (two of them teenagers) and we've had better meals at Red Lobster. We were looking to take in the east coast seafood experience and were ok with paying for it. This place left us with nothing more than a high bill and equally high disappointment. Do yourself a favor and pass on by.

Was not very busy but drinks were slow to come and food was even slower. Meals were alright but were not to the level of such a highly regarded restaurant. Tuna was not as good as tuna served back in Midwest restaurants. Broiled shrimp were overcooked. Crab cake were definitely not as good as other Ocean City restaurants.

Weren’t there for me when I needed it.

Higgins is one of those Ocean City traditions you always have to do. The crabs were plentiful, the beverages were great, the service was top-notch, I couldn't find one thing to complain about. We do Higgins every time we're in Ocean City at least once sometimes two or three times.

Decent selection but way overpriced.

Might be the time of the year but the large crabs were very disappointing. $75 a dozen and every crab had hardly any meat in them. They looked good from the outside but inside nothing. Even my 11 year old grandson commented about it. We got most of the meat from the claws. Been disappointed the last two times I was there. Probably won't be back. Service was good though.

$28 for an 8 pack of high noon. $65 for a 1.75 of Bombay sapphire. Y'all are crazy.

The best crab restaurant in town!!!! Service was amazing, crabs were perfect, we had a great time!

we enjoyed our crabs n service. this was our 2nd time in 2 weeks. will deffinately go back again..soon!!

The crabs were full and meaty and the drinks were strong. Everyone enjoyed their food including the soft crab sandwich.

Definitely a family restaurant. We sat at a table in the bar. Neither better or worse. The restaurant overall was quite noisy. Let me point out, this was our first experience at Higgins. The crabs were delicious! Sally was very attentive and so sweet. She made up for the noise. I'll likely go back...I just can't stand a restaurant with more noise than in a high school gymnasium at a basketball game.

We visited on a Thursday night, it wasnt too crwowded which was nice. My crabcake was pretty good, a little on the small side but good, kids got sandwiches, which were good too. My wife had the soft shell crab sandwich which was very good. drinks were priced fairly. Our server was pretty attentive and handled our requests. Overall it was a B+. Great place for AUCE crabs and others. Great place for large parties if you make a reservation.

We had a wonderful experience - the food was delicious and we received great service. We adored our server Julia! The playground was convenient to keep kids occupied while we waited.
