Very nice little pasta place in a strip mall at the north end of Ocean City. Three kinds of pasta and lots of ways you can mix it with excellent ingredients.
This is, essentially, macaroni and cheese for grownups. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous.
There are tables here, but it's mainly a takeout place. We enjoyed our meals, and we have plenty left over for lunch tomorrow.
I recommend this place for a delicious meal at a reasonable price. Those of you who don't usually patronize little take out places in small strip malls should give Holy Macaroni a try. You'll thank me if you do.

We were the only ones there. Kids had fun making their own mac trays but the noodles themselves weren't even hot, some of mine were cold. Good size portion though, lasted me 2 small meals

This place is a joke. I placed an order online and got a message it was ready. I walked in and saw my order ready on the counter. I then stood at the counter for more than 25 minutes, while this being (whether it was a human or not, I'm still not sure) refused to acknowledge me or anyone else waiting for pick up. After more than 25 minutes of waiting at the counter, I walked out. Message to management - since you're always asking for tips, how is this for a tip? Don't hire mutes and don't hire people that have no common sense.

I really wanted to like Holy Macaroni, but our experience was super disappointing. There was only one person working, and the place had a long line of customers. We had ordered takeout in advance, thinking it would be quicker, but when we arrived, we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for food that was already prepared.
What made it worse was that the employee never once acknowledged us. No eye contact, no “I'll be with you in a moment”—nothing. We just stood there waiting, unsure of what was going on while she dealt with the line.
I understand being short-staffed, but a little communication goes a long way. This really soured the experience for us.

I’m glad they offer a vegan Mac and cheese option since it’s very hard to find vegan food in Ocean City. However, on my most recent visit (7/28), I ordered the “Fake It Till you Make It” which is supposed to come with vegan cheese. The employee charged me extra for vegan cheese, so my total ended up being $18.65! The cheese sauce was very watery and tasted like plastic. I went there a few times last summer and it was much better! I will not be returning. Too bad since this location is very convenient for me when I’m visiting.
We ordered the ribeye mac n cheese & chicken and pulled pork Alfredo mac n cheese. They were delicious and the concept is simple. They were very fulfilling and perfect for any meal time honestly. We will order again when we are in town.

don’t know how to review this other than to just say that i wouldn’t try to go to this place because they are never open. they have many locations across ocean city, however, it is impossible to figure out which one to go to, because they do not have them all listed properly on google maps. i tried to go to one of these locations, however, it was closed. and when i called the place to ask why, it was on the other side of ocean city. many locations, most will not be open, so i wouldn’t waste your time or gas trying to go.
TLDR: don’t try to go, it’s very misleading, and will probably be closed because they hate money

There is not a lot of options here for vegans, especially in November. So glad we found this place! Got the fake it till you make it and it was delish and the leftovers even better the next day! Before we leave we’re gonna do the BYO.
