Come here every trip to OC for their breakfast. NEVER AGAIN during the car show the girls working were the absolute RUDEST & NASTIEST so called waitresses I’ve ever seen. Rolling their eyes when we walked in. Like we were doing them a disservice by eating there. No menus given, no order taken after 20 minutes. We work in customer service so we were very patient. And when we nicely asked for our drink order to be taken we were barked at that “ someone will get to us when they get to us” and they stood there loading a toaster with toast. How can the owner keep employing these women? Hate to break it to you ladies but you work for tips. And if I was your boss, you wouldn’t have a job treating my paying customers like that. You lost high tipping , loyal customers for the past 20 years. Good luck to you guys and your throwing menus, and plates and your eye rolls. And snapping at customers. Never ever seen anything like it honestly.
Maybe quit and try the MVA? Just a thought …

I would like to start by saying we are returning customers and always come here for breakfast during the car show in October. If I could give this zero stars I would. We walked in as a large party, which I can understand that it can be a lot. We weren’t greeted by any of the staff when walking in. We sat at two tables and waited patiently for someone to come to us. We then asked for menus and got told they would get to us when they can. Eventually a server, who was a young lady, I couldn’t even tell you her name because she never told us, was very rude from the beginning. She didn’t greet us when coming over to the table just asked us what we wanted by saying “next”. Didn’t ask us if we wanted drinks first, once we order our drinks on our own, we were only given one drink and didn’t get offered any refills of soda or coffee. Once the food came out, the server was putting the plates on the table in an aggressive manner. We all had out food but no silverware. When asked for silverware we were told “I’ll get it” then had to wait another 5 minutes for it. By the time we received the silverware our food was cold for the most part. While we were eating and enjoying our meals, which were terrible, the food was okay, the server brings us the checks and walks away. We were never asked if we wanted to order anything else and then we never saw the server again to allow us to pay the bill. Two of the people at my table had to find other servers to check them out and I had to ask our server to return to the table so I could pay. I’m usually a very understanding person and I understand being short staffed or overwhelmed. But don’t treat your customers as if they are an inconvenience to your establishment.

The food is very poor Quality. I got the bacon cheese burger and fries and I got pickle fries as an appetizer. The fries were very very tender that they just fell apart when picking them up. They were not good at all. The burger was pretty nasty I don’t like it at all. The pickle fries weren’t the best but they weren’t terrible there just wasn’t hardly any pickle in them . Came out to 40$ for my food and my girlfriend’s food ( she got a hot dog and fries). If you want good food I don’t recommend this place to anyone your better off going to McDonald’s other then this place. This is my first review I’ve ever made so that says something.

The food was good, but the service was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life. She threw the menus on the table, brought our drinks and took our order. After we got our food she sat down at the end of the bar on her phone the entire time. Didn't come back to refill coffee or water and didn't ask if everything was ok. Never came back to our table again. We had to ask the guy behind the bar for a refill on our water. Needless to say she did not get a good tip, which is not like me since I am a person who works in the industry. Girlfriend I don't think serving is the right job for you!

Sooo. To be completely honest if I saw the reviews I’d probably wouldn’t have came here. But I was hungry, the food isn’t bad at all. BUT for the customer service and treatment here ….. definetly TERRIBLE from the waitresses. 110% agree with the other reviews. She wasn’t polite at all and slammed the menus on our table with saying anything, then later said “what do you want?.” (We were the only ones here) Might wanna try better guys, come look at the reviews to better yourselves. The guy working the grill however seems pleasant. :)

It's literally like stepping into the 1980s for one of the best burgers you can get, as simple as can be and because of that it's fantastic. Breakfast until 3 is also great, this has become our go to for quick, very reasonably priced and Very good American food in Ocean City. One of the best hidden gems of ocean city

Great customer service, very nice, relaxing place to sit and eat. The waiter kept hisself busy, and still checked on us multiple times and got us what we needed. They have good prices and their breakfast and lunch is soo good. I had a crabcake sandwich the last time I came and it was yummy and reasonably priced.

Please do not eat here. We ordered food and the guy behind counter started making our food with no gloves. When we ask him to put gloves on he shook his head and got an attitude saying he doesn’t even know if he has gloves then when we requested to not continue our order he said fine but would not give us our money back. After asking him many times and demanding out money back finally the lady gave us our money back. For a food establishment to not have gloves is absurd. After complaining he did find gloves and continued with his attitude. Pass on this place.
