Me and my sister went their and the service was terrible their was only one customers in the store at the time of our arrival we ordered the meal then waited for our drinks it took 10 minutes just to get our drinks and it took a additional 25 minutes for a sandwich and a chicken bowl when their were atleast 6 employees and counting.

*** Permanently Closed ***A surprise for us as we drove up to see that this location of KFC/Taco Bell was closed. No signage anywhere. Menu board blank. Store closed and dark.I always had a good experience there — despite the typically bored teen workers.

Worse service the owner have to put atención about the crew people don’t understand this franchise is very important. The crew don’t understand they have to sell service and fast service. I saw the crew outside fix the car tire and they don’t care about customer inside need to make orders a few customers they are so mad for no one talk to ask for service Please the owner have to check the restaurant. It’s a great Franchise it’s a shame the doesn’t care about their Job
Very rude staff. They never have enough chicken for the family meals. They seem to close the store whenever they please. Went there again tonight at 8:20 and it says there open until 9 pm. What is up with corporate not doing anything about this location in west ocean city md. It's pathetic.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because drive thru employee told me to drive carefully. Very thoughtful. Otherwise my food was cold and gross at 11:15 lunchtime. No receipt, I'm pretty sure I was overcharged. No fork, and I ordered a bowl. No napkins. The first drive thru employee was obviously bothered to have to wait on me. I have had bad experiences in the past and haven't been here in a long time because of it, I will not return.

Staff was pragmatic, reasonable and accommodating. When we arrived, we had no idea that it was close to closing time, so some options weren't available naturally. The staff treated us with much respect and helped us select options that were viable. We all left happy and got full bellies. Patrons, please be nice to the staff and each other, things will go smoother this way.
