Brought a 32oz milkshake the other night and it was like drinking milk. I donât know who trained the employees. But a milkshake shouldnât be liquified. Wonât be Returning.

Was in town for the oceans calling festival last weekend and King Kone was across the street from my condo. I wanted ice cream but didnât wanna wait in the long ass festival line. Thanks for satisfying my sweet tooth ???

When my husband and I walked up, all 3 of the girls "working", were sitting down with their phones in their hands. We placed our order, meanwhile not a single employee washed their hands or wore gloves before making our order. I don't think i need to stress the importance of food safety 101. Whip cream nozzles were directly touched with unwashed hands.. One of the girls cleaned up the ice cream dish in a handwashing sink. While one of the girls prepared our order, another girl proceeded to show her videos from her own phone. Overall immature,poorly trained, 0 hygienic policies in place to avoid food contamination. Please, please do better.

This place is DELICIOUS! Weâve gone three nights in a row! Haha They have something for everyone when it comes to flavor or ice cream style. Iâve been enjoying the strawberry cheesecake + key lime pie soft serve. The soft service is that Perfect balance of still firm but soft, IYKYK. The serving size is generous and you canât beat the price! The waffle cones are also delicious. Service is always quick and they are kind. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will miss it.!!

My kids always change their order at last minute and it take 14 minutes extra but *no one* cares and they act like itâs normal ? plus, they give your leashed doggie a âpup cupâ which Sarah-the-Cockapoo just loves!

We had a great conversation with the owner a few years ago and the guy was brimming with enthusiasm for his shop and the mentorship program they run. We visit OC regularly and hit King Kone nightly when we're here. The PB Krunch is the move.

Ironically, I live 20 minutes from Hershey and drove 3 hours to get... Hersheys Ice cream. Ate here 4 nights in a row. It's a solid establishment. Nothing too over the top or crazy. They get through lines quick. Not much for seating. Delaware milkshake is where it's at.
