Kohr Brothers Frozen Custard

We had a lovely experience getting some frozen custard and sitting by the shop. There weren't a lot of people so the lady manning the shop was able to talk to us. She was so attentive and great with our young child.

Unique texture and flavor unlike most custard ice creams go here every year and it's amazing chocolate cone is my go to

It isn't a complete trip to oc without stopping at Kohr Bros. The staff are always fast, efficient, and keep a clean environment. I look forward to their fall flavors especially.

Mid ice cream with low flavor profiles and stale waffle cones. Got the Caramel and coffee swirl and forgot what I had ordered because it didn't taste like anything. Service was friendly and there isn't much of an atmosphere as it's on a busy corner of the boardwalk and even while ordering you may get walked through.

I ordered a few and they got them all right! First time having frozen custard. It was so creamy and light at the same time. Good flavor combos!

I have purchased Kohrs brothers custard for years. However the past several times the portions have been getting smaller and smaller. The past two times that I ordered and paid for larges they were the size of a smalls. I figured it was just a mistake made by the server. But then Yesterday I order two larges. The server gave me the wrong flavor and than the second large was half the size (again the size of a small) of second large. I don’t think I will be going back since there are other ice cream stores with lower prices. Kohrs Brothers has become overpriced for their portion size.

This is the place for soft serve ice cream. Their variety of flavors are hard to find elsewhere. The peanut butter and chocolate mix is the BEST!!!
