Great place, the ice cream was made fast and the workers were nice. We got strawberry ice cream ? with chocolate dip, and it melted very fast in the sun ?. Great seating around the place, mostly just benches. Overall, Great place.
Vegetarian options: It's and ice cream place, so they don't have meat
Parking: There are paid spots on the street, and a paid parking lot nearby. Just park wherever and walk along the boardwalk!
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, the workers are nice, things are colorful.

I like frozen custard. In fact I like it more than ice cream. This was not frozen custard. This was a small $6 cup of frozen air. It had a grainy texture that had been overwhipped to the point of nothing but air and an off taste.. I walked 6 blocks down to Baskin Robbins to get the taste out of my mouth.
Frozen custard was delicious. Prices are shocking.

I don't get it. Overpriced and not real friendly service. I don't mind spending money if the product, service, or experience warrants it... but this doesn't. I mean, it tasted like it should, so I guess that's good. I just expected more from all the hype.
Bad customer service from young teenagers there..... Smh. Maybe one day they will learn some respect. Never will return to this spot.

Kohr Brother's is usually my go-to, and I like that you have peanut butter and chocolate swirl soft serve. $6 for this?? No wonder there wasn't a line...

This is a classic for me and my family. After a long break away, I brought my own family here this year after eating here every summer as a kid.Brought back all the memories, still tastes amazing. If you're in OC and you haven't had it before, I would highly recommend the vanilla/orange swirl but any flavor is delicious.

It was a tough decision: peanut butter and chocolate twist, orange and vanilla twist, or traditional vanilla and chocolate twist. I opted for vanilla and chocolate - excellent choice. Very creamy and not overly sweet.
This custard is among the best out there. Peanut butter and chocolate. Very soft and perfect flavor. Reasonably priced.
