How are you going to charge people all of this money a night and your amenities are not functioning properly? Indoor pool is ice cold. Jacuzzi overflow attached to pool is Ice cold. No knob attached to the timer to even turn it on and it is full of sand and not even filtering . There is only one heated tiny small hot jacuzzi for everyone to use. How are people supposed to enjoy this amenity in the off season when the outdoor pool area is closed if it’s not what it should be ????Rusty fixtures inside the pool area all over the place. Do better Hilton. Disappointed. Room was not cleaned well at all, hair all over floor, webs behind the tv stand, crumbs in corners, shower has a lot of scum and dirt, iron wasn’t working but was changed out when requested. On a better note, and the only reason why I gave it 3 stars- views on the bay are Fantastic, staff is all very friendly and courteous, breakfast is well stocked and very plentiful.

This is a lovely spot on the bay. The views from the pool and bar area are stunning. The outdoor pool is very large. The indoor pool area is average. There is a large exercise room with a lot of equipment. The room was fine and comfortable. The walking distance to the beach is less than 10 minutes since the costal highway has barriers and can only be crossed at certain corners with traffic lights. The beach is close. I would like to recognize the breakfast area staff. They are super nice and work hard to replenish the great breakfast items which are offered. The workers come around to refill your coffee at your table. I realize no place can be perfect but this place is was wonderful a 3 night stay.

Took a quick trip down to OCMD and stayed here for three nights. Everything was great...clean pool areas, excellent room with view, and diverse breakfasts daily. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only downfall was that the pool bar area wasn't open much (understaffing) and not at all the hotels fault since it is independent of the hotel. My only recommendation...more towels in the pool area! Overall a great trip with great people!

We loved the bar by the pool, would have been nice to have music over there as well. The bartender was great! The ladies bathroom near the pool has a lot of rust. The furniture in the rooms was blah and needed to be re finished or replaced. The exterior needs a fresh coat of paint! Lastly, breakfast set up for a large family and not a hotel with hundreds of guest. There was 1 tray of eggs, a small pan of sausage and a small pan of potatoes, the potatoes were good but salty. A male worker complained to another how fast the 2 tray of eggs went while further holding up the line instead of comprehending that there was just not enough food. Overall it was nice just a little dated and underequip for the money.

Great little spot for a drink and, if necessary, a snack. Menu is nothing special, but it's decent bar food. And the view out on the bay is very pleasant.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't call it out as kid friendly, it is a bar after all. But the bartender always made sure to accommodate us.

Very small room, dirty, front desk is no help at all!!!! Very dissapointed:(((( came for Nationals with daughter and family I expected at least clean room for the amount charged! Thank God my mom did not join because front desk stated five people will fit! I wonder where she would sleep?:(

Welcoming and helpful staff! Was our first hotel stay with our dog and everything went well. Pool was a good break from the beach or during a storm too. Solid breakfast included. Location is great with a few nice options within walking distance like 45th street taphouse. Other things close too like putt putt golf.

I specifically chose this hotel for our family vacation with my husband and three children because of Hiltons confirmed connecting room guarantee. I booked 2 connecting rooms 6 months in advance only to be told at check on that “oops!” the connecting rooms were given away to someone else and then had to wait while the front desk clerk attempted to even get me a room on the same floor as my kids. No apology or explanation was given. I was just stuck spending the next 4 days worrying about and constantly checking on my kids who were in a separate hotel room from me. Totally unacceptable to advertise a guarantee to parents and families and then non chalantly refuse to honor it with no advance notice. Even a phone call from the hotel would have helped me to try to make different arrangements. The hotel also advertises a tiki bar/restaurant which seems convenient. At check-in they even offered a paper which had its location and hours. Shocker, this was another lie. The place was not open once in the five days I was there. Advertising amenities and guarantees you don’t actually provide is more or less fraud in my opinion. I’d never recommend this place to anyone.

My husband & I stayed from 06/09 - 06/11/23. Our room was nice but the refrigerator froze the water bottle we received from the front desk and Gatorade drinks solid. We had to wait a few hours for our drinks to thaw out on our way home. The breakfast buffet was okay, but they need to make some improvements. On both days there were flies buzzing around in the area of the food. I was very disappointed to see flies. (I don't like flies around my food) Good grief as expensive as this hotel is they can afford a bug zapper. The biscuits & gravy the biscuits were hard as a rock on the bottom. We had to throw our biscuits & gravy away because they were so difficult to cut with a knife. Also, there is no microwave in the area of the breakfast food. If you want to use the microwave you have to go by the front desk into their snack area to use it. Most hotels I've been to have a microwave in the breakfast bar area. As cheap as microwaves are these days, they can put one by the breakfast area. I tried to use the business center and the printer was out of ink. The front desk had no replacement cartridges on hand. This is something that management should always make sure there is a backup in stock so the printer can be used. Don't use your last cartridge and do not order more. We used the hot tub and it needs to be cleaned more often. We noticed a white film floating around (not normal as we've used other hot tubs) and we got out of it. They have an outdoor bar but their cook left before 7:00 pm so we couldn't get any appetizers and enjoy drinks while watching the sunset. We did get one drink, but there is a horrible smell from the water close to the bar. They probably have no control over that. We went back to our room to watch the sunset. Beautiful view of sunsets on our side of the hotel.

Service was not up to standard with other Hiltons. Issue there and check in was told by front desk that I would need to contact Hilton I found this unusual as I was at a Hilton property and they work for Hilton not me.

Never any problems, but if you are a stricter person, than it would be .5 less. I stayed in a bay front studio as usual. Never disappoints. The rest of my party stays at The Grand hotel, but I prefer here and drive back and fourth. Worth it to me.
