Was excited to find a place open off season within walking distance of our hotel. We were greeted and sat right away. I had the crab omelette and my kids tried both the Belgian waffles and the chicken and waffles. The portions were generous and the food delicious. Would definitely go again

Breakfast was delicious!! We had a a rather large group and they accommodated us quickly but it is a very small place so I could see where it is prob more difficult to get in during in season. The server was friendly and down to earth although while she was taking my dads order a customer came in that she knew and while standing at our table with my dad talking to her she turned her attention to them and starting SCREAMING “aww you came back!” It was a bit off putting but otherwise she was very nice. I had the crab omelette and it was great. Our table had banana pancakes, pecan pancakes, shrimp omelette and chicken and waffles… there were NO complaints on food! It was delicious. It also seemed like all employees were helping each other which I love to see being a server myself!

SO GREAT! Our server did well with the group and my child with specific food needs. The male manager seemed to be in a BAD mood though which made the people at our table a bit uncomfortable, everyone has bad days though hopefully it was a one off.

Greeted and seated quickly. Waitress came over right away and got our drinks fast.We had pigs in a blanket(pancake wrapped sausages), French toast, bacon omelet, and a cheese steak omelet. Everything was cooked perfectly came out fast homefries were very good. Honestly the price was a bit higher than I thought it was going to be. But I guess that's what it's like in a tourist destination. But I feel like it was worth it. It's a tight fit in there not much space but it has a home like feel to it.Parking: The lot is small

Large group of 18 of us went for breakfast on a Sunday. Good prices, food, and staff. Got ribs for breakfast with eggs yummy! Owner was very cool and accommodating to our large party, we ate outside patio area.

Stopped on our way out of town on Friday after going to Sunfest. Arrived at 11:41 and they close at noon and was afraid they wouldn't take us at that late hour (like a place down the road did) but were pleasantly surprised when they seated us with no problem. Service was quick and the food was very good. No complaints, would stop here again.

This was our favorite restaurant while on vacation. Before we even entered the restaurant, they had a table ready and also got a highchair and crayons ready for our daughter.They also opened the door for us and visited often to check in on us.The service was exceptional and the food was just as phenomenal. We both ordered the 4-egg omelet and it was more than enough food that also came with potatoes and large pancakes for a very good price.Service, food, and environment are all deserving of an excellent review.

I am a huge fan for this restaurant, I’ve enjoyed the food and the staff, the owner/manager is a Walter from Jeff Dunham puppets. Anyway my sisters and I went to this restaurant and everyone enjoyed their meals. Our waitress went out of her way and was friendly. Long story short, I ordered the veggie omelette and I never get cheese, however this time, there was a little bit of cheese in it, it was not a problem and I was willing to keep it and not make a fuss about it, I was good. However, the waitress came to the table to check on us and questioned how was everything and I mentioned it, she was ready to take my plate and I told her no and it was okay, no big deal. Well I guess it was for her and Walter/owner. I was approached in a way I’ve never seen before and it was extremely upsetting and rude. He demanded I open my omelet and I explained that was at the beginning of the and I know what cheese taste like and again it was no big deal, I kept it, continued eating it and again it was no big deal and I told him I wasn’t and didn’t as for anything. He really gave me the business and was pretty much calling me a liar and at that point I was done and he caused an unnecessary scene. I asked for the bill and left, I’ve eaten at this restaurant for many years and have never experienced anything like this before and because of this, I’ll never go again, this sad because it was my FAVORITE restaurant! Anyway I felt it necessary to share.
