Went tonight for a fabulous dinner. This is the second time in a month that I brought different groups of ladies that I do needlework with, both times I’ve had the same waitress Jen G. She was absolutely fabulous to work with, friendly and professional. I highly recommend if you get here to ask for her.

The food was second to none. However, as i sit here, I realized our waitress never told us any of the specials. Also, DO NOT place your app orders and your entree orders at the same time. There was a table still eating their soup when their entrees came out. We waiting, placed our entree order after we were almost finished with our apps, and our entrees still came out immediately after we were done. If we hadn't waited, the entrees would have come out while we were still eating our apps. The other issue I had, there was a table of elderly ladies and it started getting cold out on the patio so they asked to be moved inside. The staff did move them inside and they carried their entrees and their dishes for them but every one of them either had a comment to say, that I heard, or a face to make about these ladies wanting to move, that was a complete turn off. Even the manager who was overseeing everything had a comment to say... was very distasteful.....

We come here usually one a year and it's great, this time, the server, experience and food was not what we expected. We were sat next to the building outside and our server paid significantly more attention to tables next to us that did not have a kid. lordered a strawberry side salad and spicy soup but couldn't eat but a few bits of either due to fruit flies climbing out from under the avocado slices, strawberries and throughout the pistachios. I was starving and tried to eat around but got so grossed out, I left it. The soup had 4 bites with rice and shreds of chicken and the rest was all broth. For $100.00 meal for my family, we were very disappointed. When the server returned with our check, she noticed we hadn't eaten our food, we told her and she made a sound, rolled her eyes and walked away. The ambiance was busy and loud inside which was why we were initially happy to have been outside.

I had the seared tuna.
Absolutely amazing. Even the noodles in peanut sauce were cooked perfectly.

We went to the Longboard Cafe for dinner. It was late on a weekday during the summer season. We managed to score a last minute reservation, and we were seated promptly.

Despite the full house, our server was quick and efficient. The food was outstanding. I had a Hawaiian burger. It was delicious. I highly recommend the Longboard Cafe, but make a reservation.

There's a free parking lot, but it fills up quickly at dinner time. Because we were having a late dinner after taking a sunset cruise, we got a parking spot as someone was leaving. There are ramps leading from the parking lot to the Longboard Cafe so the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

Parking: Popular restaurant, even off season, so parking spots are a bit difficult to find. You might have to drive around the lot for a while.

Wheelchair accessibility: It might be difficult to find the ramp from the parking lot. Just ask an employee.

For the first time, a burger that was split between two in our party was dry. Wings, great, as always. Brie was completely coated in pecans losing some of its elegance, but tasty. This is one of our must-go-to places, but it was underwhelming this trip. I can't even say they were crushed, it was a late lunch, before the supper rush. This won't stop me from returning, but as a pricey lunch, it was disappointing.

A MOUSE was just hanging out in the dining area. When mentioned to the staff their response was, "yea, it's just outside." Just outside literally walking around the dinner tables. They didn't seem to care at all. But the food was really good. Hopefully it wasn't contaminated.

If you come here get their signature wings they are amazing with the blue cheese and bacon bits! Sauce got a Lil kick but it's forgiving with the blue cheese and sweet tangy sauce. Appears to have good bar tending things too like cocktails and what not
