This is my and my wife’s absolute favorite restaurant in Ocean City. The views of the bay was amazing, customer service was great and the food was INCREDIBLE! We were so upset when we came back in September 2019 to find out the restaurant had a fire and was closed. I cannot wait until they open up again. We will definitely be supporting and encouraging others to do the same.

I love this place when it was Ocean City Fishing Company, I never got the chance to get in when it was mad fish tho, the reason being is that on August 2nd 2019, mad fish had a fire and is currently closed. So to anyone thinking about going here, please note, this place is not open.

We’ve eaten here the past two years when they took over captains galley and we love it ! The food is fresh, reasonably priced, and atmosphere is amazing right on the water! Hoping they reopen soon because I would love to go back soon ! Hoping everything goes well with cleanup from the fire!

Cocktails were really well done, but the food was okay at best. Guac was too salty and the brand of chips it was served with wasn't a good fit. "Boom boom shrimp tacos" sounded great on the menu but the shrimp were absolutely drenched in some orange sauce which I just couldn't bear after finishing the first taco. The fries were good and the waiters were friendly, although I think people would appreciate not being asked if they're okay every 2 minutes.

Every now and again there is a place where they just get it. The restaurant business is not magic or a gimmick. It's good food, served by someone who smiles, in a place where you feel comfortable and wanted. So that's the Mad Fish. We have come several times and each time its just plain good. Last visit was late afternoon on a Wednesday and you could tell they had had a very busy lunch. The server came over smiled introduced himself and we were on our way to another fantastic meal. The crab cakes are seasoned lightly to let the flavor of the lumps some through. The wedge salad has really good blue cheese crumbled over the top and a really great dressing. We cant wait to go again.

We stopped here for lunch. Amazing food and atmosphere. We got fish and chips, burger and chicken ceaser wrap which were all amazing. The portion sizes were large. Good view of marina on deck or from inside. Everything looks new and well kept. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I was hoping they would live up to the Captain's Galleys reputation and met every part of it and then some. Service and food was excellent atmosphere is open and inviting. Our server Marina she was excellent knowledgeable and very helpful and she rocks keep up the good work. Looking forward to coming back again.
