Ordered NO KETCHUP... HAD to have my cheese burgers made 3 times.. no Catchup means no catchup. McDonald's service sucks these days no matter what restaurant you visit. Poor customer service!!! Always guaranteed at any local McDonald's.

The big mac actually looked the way it does on commercials and pictures. The fries were not burned, and the ice cream machine wasn't broken. It was PERFECT!!!

The food was fresh and hot but my customer service was terrible. From going to the speaker and being rudely asked ‘is that it’ after everything I ordered is unprofessional. They forgot to add some food items to my order because they were rushing for me to place my order. Elyssa at the second window was rude when we had advised that we needed the other item’s that were not on my order. The food was fresh and hot but the service was terrible on June 19th 2025 @9:40

This drive thru is absolutely ridiculous! We waited almost 10 minutes for them to even take our order..and then waited almost another 15 mins in the drive thru gridlocked until we finally just drove away (food less). No updates, no one even coming to the window to the car in-front of us- all while my 2 year old son is crying in the back for some French fries. Save yourself the aggravation- go to another location.

I ordered nuggets and big meals the associate gives me one of my drinks and when I asked about the other drink he seemed bothered and then he forgot my dipping sauces and I found it unprofessional the associates were more about chatting then taking care of the customers in the restaurant

Food is okay and staff are nice. The problem is there's flys everywhere including dead ones all over the window seals. Very nasty and not clean at all.

I came in and no one said hi or anything. They looked at me numerous times. I walked up to the counter and everyone disappeared. After waiting 10 mins to get help I left. The employees literally looked at me and went in the back. Another guy walked thru the counter and out the side door to the bathroom. I get u gotta go but when I walked to my car the same guy and another guy that was wearing a different shirt from everyone come out the door to the outside stopped in front of the door I don’t know if they were smoking or just talking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS. I was trying to dine in.
