Waited 20 mins in a line of 4 cars. I received ice cold burgers and my fries were RAW. I mean they were soggy cold and actually had the raw potato feel to them. Congratulations on robbing me and making me sick. Thanks for not putting napkins in the bag or giving me any recipts.

Who was this team working in the kitchen on 3:22 pm, Friday November 7? Did the drive-thru on my way to run errands. Had to use points before they expired. God as my witness (nearly 70 y’all)… This was The BEST Big Mac that I ever had in my life!! I asked for extra pickles, it was incredibly fresh, and made to perfection. Thank you so much, You’re amazing! I am very grateful.

Ordered and paid through the app, showed multiple employees the order and waited 30 minutes and never got my order or any explanation. Reordered through the kiosk and repayed and waited another 15.
Doubled payed and staff were unwilling to do anything about it.
Really bad customer service.

So first of all I felt like the lady looked at me and rolled her eyes. She acted like she didnt hear me when I tried to ask her for ice tea when there was none next to the fountain drinks. And on top of that my friend only order a big Mac and it took more than 20mins to make it when there was barely a line inside or outside the building for a curbside order...she asked for her food and they had it the whole time they just didnt want to come out to give it to her.
Worst McDonald’s experience ever! They supposedly work until 11:00 PM, but tonight at 10:00 PM they decided to close early. Two girls with me tried to place an order for us at the drive-thru, but the staff refused to take it because we weren’t in the car. Seriously? Instead of helping a customer, they turned us away with a ridiculous excuse. If you advertise that you’re open until 11:00 PM, you should actually be serving customers until 11:00 PM. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Never coming back!

they charged me for the wrong order , the manager was trying to avoid and look but not help me because he didn’t want to give me my money because i told them i didn’t order this and wanted my money so by me saying that he was avoiding me until a grown man had to tell one of the workers to get there boss so he could help me !!! bad mcdonald’s and bad service ( the sandwich i didn’t order and they gave to me and wasn’t trying to give my money back )

Drive thru-was told they were out of 2 items but then came back and said they have one of them. Handed me the icee that expanded out of the cup and onto myself and car seat. Took was too long.
