Ordered and paid through the app, showed multiple employees the order and waited 30 minutes and never got my order or any explanation. Reordered through the kiosk and repayed and waited another 15.
Doubled payed and staff were unwilling to do anything about it.

So first of all I felt like the lady looked at me and rolled her eyes. She acted like she didnt hear me when I tried to ask her for ice tea when there was none next to the fountain drinks. And on top of that my friend only order a big Mac and it took more than 20mins to make it when there was barely a line inside or outside the building for a curbside order...she asked for her food and they had it the whole time they just didnt want to come out to give it to her.

Worst McDonald’s experience ever! They supposedly work until 11:00 PM, but tonight at 10:00 PM they decided to close early. Two girls with me tried to place an order for us at the drive-thru, but the staff refused to take it because we weren’t in the car. Seriously? Instead of helping a customer, they turned us away with a ridiculous excuse. If you advertise that you’re open until 11:00 PM, you should actually be serving customers until 11:00 PM. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Never coming back!

they charged me for the wrong order , the manager was trying to avoid and look but not help me because he didn’t want to give me my money because i told them i didn’t order this and wanted my money so by me saying that he was avoiding me until a grown man had to tell one of the workers to get there boss so he could help me !!! bad mcdonald’s and bad service ( the sandwich i didn’t order and they gave to me and wasn’t trying to give my money back )

Really sluggish 15-20 minute wait just for a coffee
Pathetic franchise. They were not even busy, yet I had to wait 5 minutes for nuggets to cook after placing my order and waiting in drive through for 10 minutes. This place must be a disaster on a sunny day in the summer.
Me and my oldest son order some food for us and our family, after we made our order in the kios we wait, excelent service, staff always smiling but incorrect meal, whe noticed when we walked back to the hotel. i order bacon q-pounder and just got the q-pounder no bacon. My son argue with me to leave it like that and I say no (i wasnt mad) but i was teaching my son a new lesson, when you pay for your food, you can polite talk to the staff and say they gave you the incorrect meal but because we know fast food throw it away and gave you another new one and we do not waste food.
