So first of all I felt like the lady looked at me and rolled her eyes. She acted like she didnt hear me when I tried to ask her for ice tea when there was none next to the fountain drinks. And on top of that my friend only order a big Mac and it took more than 20mins to make it when there was barely a line inside or outside the building for a curbside order...she asked for her food and they had it the whole time they just didnt want to come out to give it to her.

Drive thru-was told they were out of 2 items but then came back and said they have one of them. Handed me the icee that expanded out of the cup and onto myself and car seat. Took was too long.

Me and my oldest son order some food for us and our family, after we made our order in the kios we wait, excelent service, staff always smiling but incorrect meal, whe noticed when we walked back to the hotel. i order bacon q-pounder and just got the q-pounder no bacon. My son argue with me to leave it like that and I say no (i wasnt mad) but i was teaching my son a new lesson, when you pay for your food, you can polite talk to the staff and say they gave you the incorrect meal...
