Mione's Pizza & Italian Restaurant

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Besides the undercooked pizza and half melted cheese that looked like it was made from one of those Lunchable Pizzas, the owner was very rude and it was clearly evident that greed over customer service is his business model. I ordered a plain pie and some dinners 6pm and was told it would be an hour. Upon arriving I was told it would be another 20 minutes. After my pizza came up. I was told again that the food would be another 15 minutes because they forgot to make the meals. Frustrated, I kindly asked to speak with the manager. The owner the. Came over and I explained the situation. He offered no apologies and at one point threatened to cancel my order, even after I told him I had kids at home waiting to eat. It was clear he didn’t care and even told me that I’m holding up other peoples orders by speaking with him. He then loudly told me to get away from the counter and sit down. I stepped about and again, waited for my food. By this time I could see other people were visible upset by the false wait time that were told. So I began to tell a fellow patron about my experience and all of a sudden, the owner is screaming from across the restaurant telling me not to talk about it. To be honest it was a very weird and aggressive response from a business owner. Long story short, the pizza is terrible and maybe a grade above Pizza Hut or domino’s. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place.

Every year when we come to ocean city for vacation, this is the first place we get food from. The chicken wings are my favorite, and the pizza is good too. I hate having to wait a whole year to be able to get their wings again😅

Been going to Mione's Pizza for years. Wonderful family owned and operated restaurant with excellent New York style pizza. Have had several dishes as well as pizza which have never disappointed. Very friendly, helpful staff, stop in if you're in the area
