We’ve been coming to this diner for over 25 years with my family and it’s truly become a second home to us. From the very first visit, we were greeted with warmth, kindness, and delicious food that never disappoints. The food was average for the price. Plus you are charged an extra 3% for using a credit card (which we didn't know until we paid). This place had good reviews, so my husband and I made a special trip just to try this place out. I had the seafood omelet and my husband had the 2, 2, 2 (and the bacon was very overdone for his liking). I don't mind paying for a decent meal, but this just didn't hit the mark for me. The service was good and the place was clean and cute, but above all I like good food to be the biggest part of my overall meal experience. I won't be returning here. I don't know why the ratings for this place are so high.

We really enjoy this little spot just across the bridge and away from the crowded areas. We’ve stopped twice now and it was just as delicious as the first time.
If you go on Sundays after 10, you may hit a wait, but otherwise it’s quick seating, quick service, and great portions! Everything is hot and fresh! They’ve got great French toast, biscuits, savory gravies, and wonderful omelets! The servers are so kind and polite although the manager is a bit stiff to approach. She was helping to sign people in when we first stopped in and her patience was at its end.
We have done breakfast both times but I’d love to return to try other meals! I look forward to this place now every time that we come to OC!
