Oh my goodness, man o man, where do I even begin. Probably one of the best spots I’ve been to all year, probably the happiest workers, best tasting food, and greatest atmosphere in OC.
I have such a pleasant experience every time I come to eat here. The food is amazing, I enjoy every dish I try. The owner is genuine and kind and offers great service. I thought the makdous and falafel were the tastiest things on the menu but was blown away by the flavor of the kafta kabob entree. In particular the rice soaks up all the juice and spice and comes out amazing. The owner also mentioned a new restaurant in West Ocean City I must try. I would highly recommend this place!
Jordanian hospitality at its best. We were welcomed with rejuvenating fresh mint tea. Chicken kabobs were juicy and fresh. The serving was generous and the service was stellar. Highly recommended if you’re in OC!

Joe took excellent care of me, even sat with me and told me about his culture. The food is excellent and authentic. Real kabobs and basmati rice! The tzatziki sauce (gyro sauce) is excellent as well, a carry over from the previous restaurant and I can taste why

We visited OC Kabob and Grill today as a family my wife, my daughter, and our son and we were all extremely happy with our experience. The owner, Yousuf, treated us with incredible kindness and hospitality from the moment we walked in.
The food was absolutely delicious, very fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served in a clean and comfortable environment. Everything tasted amazing, truly top-quality Mediterranean dishes.
Yousuf also surprised us with complimentary dessert and drinks, which made our visit even more special. He is very friendly, respectful, and genuinely cares about his customers.
We highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s rare to find this level of service and flavor together. May Allah bless their business with success and abundance.

OC Kabob is BY FAR, the absolute BEST Mediterranean restaurant in the Ocean City area! We went to the OC Kabob & Grill West (in West OC). The food was phenomenal! Presentation was fabulous and the owner himself waited on us. Wonderful experience! They had me at the pita bread and hummus! The meal was enough for two. They’ve just made us regular customers! Don’t walk, RUN to this family owned restaurant. You’ll be pleasantly surprised!

I ordered the chicken kabob entree for $20 and imagine my surprise when the chicken was some aort of processed chkn meat formed into a type of square nugget and grilled from there. My parents wudnt even eat it and i struggled with my choice as well.
The rice, salad and sauce was mid. Chkn meat was dry and awful, the bread portion was small and just ok. Five star ambiance and staff, two star food.

Their Kabob is one of the best but the portion size is very small. We ordered Chicken kabob and kofta kabob. The chicken pieces were super thin and barely had some chicken (finished on few bites). Their food is fresh and kabobs were finger licking good. But we were really disappointed with the meat portion and price.

Forget Kalamata this is it, they run laps around them!! Four stars only because there could have been more meat on the Kabob. I can’t speak of the atmosphere our food was delivered. I believe other restaurants rest on their flash, they don’t need to do that!! The food came still hot, the pita 10/10 no notes!!! The dips are fire 🔥, everything is top tier AUTHENTIC MEDITERRANEAN PERIOD! I don’t believe it gets better. I put four stars for the atmosphere because I can’t actually say since it was delivered. Other than the chicken portions, everything was perfectly sized. I recommend getting extra-extra Pita because it’s SOOO GOOD!
