Great halal food! We tried this restaurant twice during our stay in OC. We got the mixed grill and chicken shawarma wrap. Both were very good! The wrap is well seasoned, and their white sauce is tasty. The rice is less seasoned, and the kababs were so good. Will visit again for sure!

Everything on the menu is amazing!! The chicken kebab, the lamb, and spicy chicken was well seasoned. I had to take extra food to go because the food was so good. I will recommend this place to everyone if you’re looking for fresh, flavorful food. Oh yeah, & the rice pudding was out this world amazing. I don’t even eat rice pudding, but from here I will.

Once again, after being in the area in the off season I appreciate that this place was open. Many places closed in the OC in February. Food was decent and made to order. 6-7 small tables inside as an option. I wouldn't call this super authentic but it hit the spot for lunch and my daughter enjoyed it too. Try it for a quick done in our takeout lunch

Came to OC Street Food for a last minute quick dinner before heading bowling. The meals are cooked quickly (probably 10 minutes or so), with friendly service as you order at the window and take a seat. There are a handful of tables here, but it also connects to the Caffe Cafe which offers ice cream, coffee, and breakfast. The meals are somewhat pricy depending what you order, but you get a ton of food and it's super good. Also, everything in OC is on the pricy side anyway unless you're going full fast food. The falafel is some of the best I've had, perfect flavor and crisp outside with soft inside. The turmeric rice was perfectly cooked, paired with a side of vegetables for some added balance and freshness. My boyfriend got the lamb gyro, that he couldn't stop raving about. Overall, we absolutely LOVED our meals. This is a serious hidden gem in the mall near the TJ Maxx. Definitely will come back!

It's pretty bare-bones inside, but it serves its purpose.The owners are very friendly. While I was dining in, I was asked a couple of times if I wanted extra sauce or if there was anything else I needed.I ordered the chicken and shrimp kabob combo plate with an extra chicken kabob. The food was absolutely delicious, and I can say it's the best kabob I've ever had. Both the chicken and shrimp were exquisitely seasoned and perfectly cooked. The accompanying rice, sauce, and salad were also top-notch. Prices are your typical OC pricey 9.7/10.I will surely be back for more!

Real decent...worth checking out if in north OC. Lamb gyro was on point, pita could be improved but absolutely delicious overall. Beef skewers were tender, well marinated and cooked to perfection. French fries were also some of the best around OC. Also open offseason!

One of the best places to eat along coastal highway. Fresh and delicious ! Nice people who run this spot and they keep it clean! Which is a plus! Prices are reasonable for a beach resort town. It's a must do every time I visit OCMD.
