2 tables got waited on before us even though we sat down before them. Food took 45 minutes too come out, when it did the steaks were barely medium or not medium at all, they were tough too chew and eat. Ive cooked steaks 3x as big in less than half an hour being perfectly medium and tender with medium wind. Definitely will not be back anytime soon.

LOOK no further....We had a fantastic dinner at Outback tonight! Our server, Phillip, was truly exceptional. He was incredibly kind, polite, and went out of his way to be accommodating to our needs. His friendly attitude made us feel right at home, and the food was delicious and served perfectly. If you’re visiting this location, definitely ask for Phillip—he’s an asset to the team!

Bright lights now, music loud. The ziosk unit they have on every table (little electronic device) will scam you out of money without notifying you. Fees show up on the bill though! So scammy. Bad for business.

It's an Outback. Decent steaks. Personally I think they have some of the best ranch dressing out there. Our server was nice and friendly. It wasn't busy but things were slow. It was also very warm in the resturant. Our server said sorry, and one side of the resturant is always extra warm, the other side isn't. I guess fingers crossed you get seated on the cooler side!

This was a carry-.out.and.both steaks were delicious...just wish there was a message section where I could have specified.VERY rare but potatoes and salads were fresh.and excellent, too.

Well, will have to reconsider this location in the future. Ordered the Sydney Shrooms. The first pic is from their web site and what we have received in the past. The second pic is what we got. Much smaller portion and soggy. It's usually crispy. Not sure what happened to this place but very disappointing. Too many options here to accept this decline.

UPDATE: Glad to see they read and responded to my review. I much prefer good reviews so more people will frequent a place we enjoy to ensure they prosper and stay in business. We hate when jems fail because no one knows they are there and how good they are. Hopefully this location corrects the issue.

I enjoyed the food but it took so long to arrive at my table for some reason it was slow on serving. The waitress that was assigned to our section I don't think she is good on customer service. I wouldn't want her to be my server again.

Nice pub, the lobster tail was actually the best I've had at a chain restaurant so kudos to the chef tonight! Boiled until it was still tender and plated nicely. 2nd time here and not disappointed! Will come back. The steak was actually medium rare like I asked for too! Tenderloin was excellent.

I only came here to say that Phillip is phenomenal! My husband and I went to Outback in West OC, MD for a quick bite out, and was greeted with exceptional service and wonderful food! Thanks to you Phillip!!!
