The place to be in the morning, most the bagels 🥯 were gone ,but their always seems to have an aseago(sp?) Bagel toasted with cream cheese is always a great choice and two cinnamon rolls 😋 out of this world.

I like Panera Bread, usually I don't have an issue. Today, I placed orders online & found that they didn't have everything in them. 2/3 salads ordered were missing salad dressing, the salads were not filled to the Panera Bread standard, and how the sandwiches were made left something to be desired. I hope to have a better experience going forward.

Despite being in a busy area this location is like walking into a Panera 10 years ago, no kiosks, no pagers etc. but the nostalgia was nice. The food was good, the service was lacking but it was busy.

Was a little disappointed not much steak on our steak sub it was like 2 little minute steaks!!! But we were hungry so we gobbled it up!!!!😀😀
Change of staff and management. Customer Service is very poor. Asked a simple question and Manager was snippy! Prior visit cashier was snippy as well. I think I will go to Starbuck's from now on.

Ordered cinnacrunch bagels online got to the store and they had no cinnacrunch bagels after saying, my order was ready for pick up. Wasted an hour of my day in Ocean City. No compensation and the manager on duty was very rude and unapologetic. Last time coming here.

I ordered a sandwich with no cheese, but the sandwich I was given had cheese bits all over it. The replacement sandwich had no cheese but was sloppy. When we tried to ask for a take home container for one of our kids, we were ignored for a long stretch. (The cashier, was polite and efficient, however.)
