Worst Panera I have been to. Girl working at counter at 5:00 on Monday September 29 was the rudest individual I have ever seen working in customer service. They gave me a totally different sandwich than what I ordered and even when they had to remake they did it incorrectly. She also told me I couldn’t use the coupon on the app and lied to me.

Website hours say they close at 9p.m. However, I walked in to order food and (Isabelle) had an attitude that others walked in to place an order. She made a statement “we want to go home, people ordering must be lazy and not want us to go home” Maybe if the hours were updated customers would not be walking in.

I ordered a double take bacon breakfast sandwich and I received a sandwich with no bacon after waiting for 15 minutes. The cashier did not ask us if we were eating in or to go, did not take our name, and did not give us a receipt so that we'd have our order number. This location is also lacking in technology that other Panera Breads have, like ordering tablets and an order status board.

I waited 25 min to get food at 12:30. Many people after I order got their food before me. And what I really wanted they was out of stock. This was my second time here and it will be my last. I can’t waste my entire break waiting I bought a whole sandwich. Not only got a half with everything I was supposed to have. Even only had in melted cheese on half

We've been going there for many years last past 2 months been getting worse now it's time to call it quits with going there walked in with the wife ordered started waiting for over 20mins for the food I asked what was the issue the said they have no bread what no bread. It's panera bread. Smh then they said sorry no chicken noodle soup either and no tuna I simply asked for a refund and left the manager says it happens. The truck don't come till tomorrow he thinks smh.

Absolutely appalled. Never had an issue before today and have frequently ate here for at least a decade of my life. Got the pick two with bacon mac and cheese, and the half a chicken avocado BLT. The mac and cheese wasn’t hardly half filled and considering I paid almost 7$ for it you’d think I’d get the full portion. Asked for no avocado and got some anyway on a sandwich thrown together very sloppily. I’m mildly allergic, while it won’t kill me, I can only pick off so much, my mouth and throat will be tingling and itchy for three hours, and someone who is very allergic will just die because they clearly don’t care to read what’s on their damn screen. They couldn’t even be bothered to give a STRAW. Don’t even bother. Place has gone downhill. Couldn’t even get the website to process my request for a refund.
