some of the worst customer service. they even treat u bad for parking in parking lot when they don't have customers cause food is terrible and not fresh. I would avoid it. my opinion and I'm allowed to have one

Not only was the flounder sandwich $17.00, but fish was fried hard and it was dry. We asked for tartar sauce and ketchup on the side, however we got two packets of tartar sauce and packets of ketchup, as if we were in McDonalds. To be totally honest I think the fish fillet would have been better. Let me be clear it wasn’t the price that has prompted me to write the review, it was the quality of the food.

Crabs were not done! They were pink and slimy on the inside at least four of them. After the fourth one I stopped opening them and drove back. The service was horrible. I disputed it with my bank after taking pics and videos. they would not take the crabs back, remake them or give me a refund. Terrible terrible service. I would never recommend them.

I had a fried crab cake sandwich. My husband had a soft shell crab sandwich. We shared an order of shrimp, Cole slaw, and home made rice pudding. Everything was delicious. Our server was fantastic. Would recommend to a friend.

We didn’t stay, from the outside, the place was dingy with faded signage, not a good sign for a restaurant. we walked in and were told to sit by a woman behind the counter and behind the old Covid plexiglass.
We sat, looked around and left.
Too many other crab restaurants to gamble on a rundown restaurant.

Ehh, food was mediocre. Bland shrimp, old rubbery crab legs. Nothing was fresh. Waitress was weird when I asked for extra butter? They don't season the crab legs, FYI. You have to ASK. Very over priced for the quality and service.

This was by far the worst restaurant I have ever been too on the east coast. Immediately upon entering I knew I didn’t want to be there but the experience just kept getting worse. My fiance and son were set on all you can eat crabs which is how we ended up there in the first place. Upon entering the restaurant smelled terrible the decor is old dirty and outdated. We could look past the decor for good food so we decided to stay. The waitress was pleasant but other people working gave us dirty looks for no reason. We asked to be seated outside bc they have a few (empty) tables outside and the smell was overwhelming so we thought it would be better. They told us they wouldn’t serve us outside. They did have good ice in the drinks which was the only positive about this place. My daughter and I were not extremely hunger so she wanted to order the Alaskan Crab legs and I wanted a dozen steamers (and we would perhaps get more food while the boys sat there and ate) We fully understood the no sharing the all you can eat crab meal and didn’t want that anyway. Once we ordered the waitress instructed us that Me and my daughter HAD to order a main dish eat to be able to stay and sit with our family. We were soooo confused we asked her to get a manager. The manager sent over another waitress who explained “it’s just the rules to eat here” we were baffled and tried to explain that we understood the no sharing rule and that as we were all ordering food and would all be paying customers. They said No we couldn’t stay and eat with my son and fiance ?? We ordered a check for our 2 ice waters, 1 ice tea and 1 beer and left. We drove across the bridge to Hoopers and called to make sure there were no rules for dining LOL The hostess at Hoopers was actually laughing at my question. I would suggest gas station crab over this place. Read ALL the reviews before you go to this establishment. Would NOT recommend.

I did not have the pleasure of eating at this place because we were yelled at to move our vehicle as soon as we got out of our vehicle. We parked and my daughter is not a huge seafood lover. We were checking the carry out place next store for her, but this old guy came out and started yelling at us to move our vehicle. To be that miserable breaks my heart. Food may be good, but we will never know because of a grumpy old man.
