Went for good reviews but the five of us were surprised with the regular sized pho: the noodle portion was a bit less than the size of a 30-cent “Maurchan” brand of cup noodle. It was “Pho Surprise.” Get the large size for $20 each.

I’ve never felt the need to write a restaurant review before, but this pho was disappointing enough that I have to. For an $18 bowl, I expected more than five tiny pieces of shredded brisket — and the quality of the meat was poor. The dish looked great at first, despite being dropped on my table by a kid who couldn’t have been older than 10. Unfortunately, the flavor didn’t match the appearance. The broth was completely bland, like hot water with noodles tossed in. I’ve been eating pho since I was 12, and this was easily the worst bowl I’ve ever had. Like they say, the nicer looking the pho restaurant is, typically the worse the soup is. This certainly held true in this instance.

The worst pho , 3 or 4 pieces of wrinkled third grade meat they had , with no taste…. Compared to 100 oz meat good juicy beef I used to have same price in DC

I have been going to Pho-Char for about 2 years on a regular basis. The owners do a phenomenal job staying on top of everything. The place is always clean, organized, and well kept.
The food is amazing. I have yet to have even a mediocre meal here. I typically always get the pho, but the fried rice is excellent, appetizers are great, and everything is always supurb.
Highly recommend this place for pho lovers. I love supporting mom and pop shops and what seems to be a husband and wife are always there working extremely hard.
The broth for the pho was legitimately tasteless. Service was ok, as others said no offer for water or anything. It is bland, the owners for this place are not Vietnamese which was a red flag in the first place. Would not recommend.

You know how I feel when youre nice to my kid. The staff there was beyond nice to my little boss and so, we'll be back again. Cause the food was good and the service was better.

Ordered large take out pho soup with brisket. I,m from pa. When you order pho up north like 13.00$. You receive a bunch of brisket, noodles along with basil. Lime, bean sprouts onion. This place gives u minamul but charges 19.00$. Broth is truly better up north. Very disappointed, was lacking all the way around. Would not return.
