Ordered from Pizza Mambos and NEVER RECEIVED FOOD ORDER. Called and was informed deliverly driver left the building at 1am after I placed the ordered 45mins earlier. Waited til 2am and demanded a refund for NO SERVICE. Was told to call the uptown number. Informed them "No order was put in your system and you will refund or the bank will." Don't waste your time they are rude and slow. The prices are the only thing reasonable.

I can always count on Mambo. This is probably my favorite downtown pizza place in Ocean City, mainly because of Gabriella and Christina, they can do it all. Also of course the food is amazing too. I was just there 9/14 and my food was ready in less than ten minutes and I would give the customer service I received from Gabriella and Christina 6 stars if I could. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Ocean City.

The food is overpriced. I came here about a year or two ago and the prices weren’t as high as they are now. I understand with inflation that prices increase. However, this is has not been reflected in the price of pizza in my experience. 20 dollars should get you a large pizza not “medium” which is basically like a Papa John’s medium pizza for size reference.

My girlfriend and I made a trip to Douglas for the weekend and Pizza Mambo was our first stop. The food was delicious, no doubt about that, but what really impressed us was the hospitality and service. We were treated like more than friends, I genuinely felt like I’ve known these people my whole life. I could spend every single day here and not regret it. Stellar food with exceptional service from some genuine and down to earth people.

Ordered delivery this is what you get. Had to take the meat and put all on one side just to feel like you got a sandwich. Hardly any meat. Got 10 wings, mozzarella sticks and a order of fries that came with a very small thing of cheese they call cheese fries. And it was$53.00 plus I gave deliver guy a tip total with tip $60.00 . Never ordering from here again. That's ridiculous.

Pizza was great and quick. Wished we wouldve gotten a 2nd but we got mozz and fries. I would say the price of the mozzerella isn't really worth it but they are great. Also the fries were good but not for the price and what you get. Will definitely get pizza here again.

We got the pizza and wings deal. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with light sauce. I really liked the pizza in fact it was the best pizza that I have had in Ocean City.

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with this pizza chain left me no choice. I called to order pizza and wings for my family while staying at a nearby hotel, and what should’ve been a simple phone order turned into a 10+ minute mess of being transferred between three different locations. Each staff member seemed clueless about their own delivery zones, and no one could tell me which store served my area. After finally being directed to what should have been the correct location—just four minutes away from my hotel—I was met with an incredibly rude young woman who flat-out refused to take my delivery order. Her tone was dismissive, and instead of trying to help, she immediately claimed we were “too far,” despite the clear Google Maps distance. When I called one of the other stores back to explain the situation and ask why they transferred me to a location that wouldn’t deliver, the woman on the phone said bluntly, “I don’t know why you're calling me. Call them back and ask them.” Zero accountability, no desire to help—just more attitude. The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer service across all three locations I spoke to was shocking. The employees were impatient, rude, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, no apology for the confusion—just disrespectful and condescending behavior. Based on this experience alone, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Customer service matters, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. If you're visiting the area or live nearby, I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. There are too many other options out there that actually value their customers.
