Ordered a delivery and they never showed up. We called to check on the status and they lied saying that we didn’t answer the door even though they did not knock or even show up. We waited in the living room of our rental next to an open window and no one ever attempted to deliver.
We then tried to follow up again via call and was hung up on. This is absolute INSANE customer service. We had to cancel after two hours of no valid response. Will never attempt to order from this restaurant again.

My wife & I ordered Philly cheese steak sandwich & it came with lots of hair in hers. It was disgusting that we couldn’t finish up our food. Manager did not come to our table to apologize to us. It was very gross like coming out of sewage or a sink?. Awful experience & bad attitude from the manager who did not come to us but wanted to charge us for the 2 sandwiches. Never again. Run for your life. Hygiene not taken seriously over there it seems.

Pizza TUGOS is our absolute go to place in OCMD for pizza. This is in my opinion the best pizza in OCMD and I've been coming here since the mid 60"s .

We had a horrible experience at pizza togos on route 50. The manager SuChen at 9:30 was very unprofessional and should not be able to work at an establishment that works with people and would like to keep their business. He threw his waitress under the bus and doesn’t care about anyone but himself. I will never be returning to this place! Thank you!

Stopped by on 7/2/23 with my daughter and brother in law. My 8 yo daughter needed to use the bathroom so we went to the men’s so I could look after her. It was utterly disgusting and I will not go into details. They had an extensive draft list and the food wasn’t bad. It was empty since it was a Sunday and everybody was headed to the beach.
