I continue to look for those Holy Grail type pizzas ? when traveling:) This was good, but just another average pizza. I think what made this pizza so average was the sauce, just bland:( Loved the cheese:) Olives:) Pepperoni was okay:) Like the thin dough:) Service was good:) Yet, no refills on drinks:( Nothing beats Chicago, Cleveland and New York areas for pizza:)

I've read the reviews, and I get it. Mistakes can and will happen. I will tell you this, Tugos has been a go-to staple for me, my friends, and extended family. We've always had a good experience. Even once when the order wasn't right they were very considerate and corrected it right away. Ignore the hateful negative reviews on here for real. I ordered delivery from them last night at around 3 am because I didn’t feel like leaving my hotel and was super hungry. Ordered mozzarella sticks, regular size meat pizza, and bread sticks. Their website states the delivery time is usually 65-75 minutes so I had every intention of waiting patiently.
